From the outset Richard’s communication on point, we discussed a few options over the phone and via email, Richard was informative and reactive to the speed required for the diamond ring that was needed, even whilst he was out of the country. Absolutely delighted with my Diamond Ring
Just received delivery of my wedding ring from Dicky Diamonds. I was struggling to find exactly what l wanted in my local area as there wasn't much choice in platinum with D coloured diamonds.
After sending pictures to Richard he was able to find exactly what l wanted in my style and size and it was posted out promptly with updates on tracking details
Fabulous communication, really nice guy to deal with and very happy with the whole process.
