Buyer Beware
I'd advise anyone looking into a new/used vehicle purchase, and for certain anyone looking for maintenance services and/or repairs, to strongly reconsider taking your business to Nissan of Lexington. My most recent service appointment ended up costing me over twice the amount of the original estimate due to additional damage incurred as part of the service, that they refused to cover. There is a clear lack of comprehension regarding customer lifetime value on behalf of their Service department. In the span of 4-1/2 years, including a new vehicle purchase and prior service appointments—I've personally spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. However, due to this experience, I will no longer conduct any additional business with any of the dealerships under their ownership. They should reconsider taking accountability for damages to their customers property while in their possession, rather than placing the added financial burden and liability on the customer.
