I rarely leave bad reviews, but here it’s just impossible not to. I honestly don’t even understand how they can have so many positive ones.
I bought boots from their website on August 24th. One month after ordering, still NOTHING. I sent them a message to report the delay, and the person replied, apologizing and asking if I wanted a refund or to receive them by express shipping.
I thought, since they were at fault, I wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. But NO. I had to pay €26 more. I told myself, “too bad,” and waited.
When I finally opened the package… what a disappointment. The quality of the boots is beyond mediocre for the price. It’s literally a scam. You can even see the shape of my little toe through the so-called leather (and I don’t have wide feet, they’re actually quite thin).
In short: I absolutely do not recommend this site

Please STOP FOCUSING only on the fact that I paid €26 — it’s ridiculous.
The most important thing is the quality of the product, which does not match the price at all. The price simply does not reflect the quality of the product.

The boots are lovely and comfy and go with any outfit and look good ... went for some lovely red/ burgundy ones ... highly recommend . Can't wait to wear them . 5*

I’ve been buying from DIA from when they wasn’t long opened, and I can honestly say they’re the best handmade boots ive ever seen and purchased, they’re are so many options, Standard, wide fitting and made to measure, yet each boot is unique.
I have 7 pairs and another on the way, i think that speaks for itself, and every boot I’ve purchased has been as comfortable as the next, customer service is very helpful too and reply within 24hrs.
I have recommended DIA to friends & family who have also purchased.

DIA Studios was so helpful, when I accidently gave them the wrong size. They sent new one out and what can I say, they fit perfectly, they are so comfortable, I absolutely love them ❤️

Extremely Disappointed , Poor Quality and Unfair Return Policy

I purchased two pairs of boots from DIA Studios. Delivery came very quickly but the boots didn’t fit and more disappointingly, the quality was nothing like what was shown online. They looked quite cheap and were absolutely not worth the £75 price tag.
I used Klarna for the purchase, as I prefer to see the items first, especially with unfamiliar retailers. Unfortunately, returning the items turned out to be even more frustrating. I expected to pay for the return postage (£10.79), but was shocked to also have £9.50 deducted from my refund. Only after digging into the small print did I find they charge £2 per pair (or £3 for two) plus an additional 5% deduction for Klarna orders.
This information was not clearly presented at checkout and feels intentionally misleading. In total, I’ve lost around £20 with nothing to show for it. I was willing to pay for return shipping, but additional deductions for unclear reasons are unacceptable.
DIA Studios gets paid in full through Klarna and still penalize customers heavily for returns, there’s no reason the customer should be out of pocket to this extent.
I won’t be purchasing from DIA Studios again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. What looks good online may not reflect reality, and if you need to return something, you may find yourself paying a high price for the mistake.

Products - fantastic, visual, quality and comfort. I have a few Dia Studio boots now because of the comfort level and support on the ankle. Only pair of boots I've unfortunately had an issue with is the Christina's, they looks perfect but unfortunately the sole is very thin and I've having to see if I can have it replaced. Anything I seem to step on you can feel.
Customer service - 10/10 everyone is fantastic and extremely helpful including the tiktok live girls. They have all been very kind! Forever a returning customer

Design concepts are pretty but awful. I bought 3 pairs in different colours and sizes as a new customer; none of them fit
Then Charging me to 1. Send them back 2. Postage for sending them back 3. Making the consumer soak up the 5% Klarna fee. Boots I’ve got from BooHoo for £18 are way nicer. Don’t waste your time (or money)

When I opened the box I thought they looked secound hand and old as fabric seemed quite rippled and thin. Also a lot less long then appear on photos in my opinion. The first pair I bought were quite comfortable but these ones hurt. They are warm though and the colours are excellent and the lower half of the shoe seems great.

OMG my Taylor wide calf boots just arrived and I'm on love!
For context I saw them months ago but they were sold out. Then I saw the TikTok live on Wednesday, and they were sparkling away. I asked the lovely presenter to show them, and she gave me sizing tips. I then explained that I wanted them for my wedding. She was so happy and enthusiastic it was wonderful. I didn't think I could afford them, but threw caution to the wind and ordered them(who needs to buy food anyway, lol) and I'm so glad I did. They are so perfect I cried. The colour is spot on for with my wedding dress, and as a lifelong country music fan I'd always wanted western boots for my big day, and the rhinestones are stunning.
From immaculate service, super quick delivery and awesome staff I cannot rate you highly enough!! Now to save up for more boots from you (after the wedding!! ££££).
