Total scammers
Total scammers, there are zero positive reviews out of 120 for this shower of utter scumbags, the one ‘positive’ is a mistake.
You will need to get you money back through your bank with these charlatans, do not let them win and do not use them under any circumstances.
Absolute cheap plastic tat looks…
Absolute cheap plastic tat looks nothing like advertised. I think the lady the use to advertise apparently’closing her shop’ is a scam to lure customers in. I bought animal lamps for presents for Christmas which were wrapped boxed. When opened one was broken. But the quality straight away was realised. Emailed but no budge on their 30 day return policy! Also sea pearl bracelet bought which was cheap crap!! Fuming and taking up with my bank. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS
If there was a minus star I'd give it.
The product received is not as described , definitely not as per the advertised image , poor quality, cheap despite the price tag. Would've have cost me half the purchase price to return to China with no confidence to receive the refund. The item sadly was relegated to the wheelie bin do not buy from this company
Items not as pictured
Bought three pairs of earrings but what arrived bore little resemblance to the pictures. These were cheap copies! I returned the items as agreed and well within 30 days of receipt. Cost me £16 for a track and trace through Royal Mail. Package returned to be today marked ‘refused’. Am obviously not going to be refunded for these shoddy items.
Absolute SCUM company
This company is the worst I have had I sent back an item like everyone has stated cheap tat so I had a lot of trouble sending item back and when I did I was charged £20 disgusting also refund still waiting well after 30 days now and keep sending them emails not replying back to me and the tracking number states pending in china no contact number for the company diabolical shameful scam company they should be named and shamed and forced to cease trading.
Diane Jewels is now Ivy Cambridge. This company is based in China
This company is based in China, not that the website makes that clear and the products are defo not as illustrated.
I am in the process of returning an item which was when I found out their in China
The website says it’s easy to return. Defo not.
My item has been in customs in China for 2 months. I don’t expect I’ll get my money back now but we’ll see.
They have now changed the name to ‘Ivy Cambridge’
Just be careful what you’re buying. The items are ‘Utter rubbish’
Typical China rip off
Typical China rip off, steer clear, rubbish goods, no refunds, terrible service. Don't buy from them
Bad experience
Orders take forever to arrive the bracelet I ordered had it for 2 weeks then it snapped very disappointing things arrive in a plastic bag not good quality I never usual use these web sites but it all looked very genuine shame it’s not will not be using this again go to a jewellery store here pay a bit more but at least it will last longer than 2 weeks
Another fake website churning out crap
I wish I had seen all these negative reviews before I parted with my money! I too have received a very cheap plastic lamp that in no way matches the photo on the website. I emailed them to show a photo of the cat lamp I received and a photo of what was displayed on the website. They are clearly different, but the response was that I had received the correct item and they would not refund me. I know I won't get anywhere and would like to have attached photos to this review so you can see just how awful the cat lamp is that I received. Just like everyone else, I feel I have been scammed. Why are companies allowed to get away with it? This business are running Google ads with all the lovely photos of various animal lamps that are clearly not true representations of the products they sell. Very poor show for the Dianas Jewels, ASA and Google for allowing these ads to appear. Who is regulating online sellers these days? It appear no-one.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Diana Jewellery. I ordered a cross bracelet and was sent the wrong item- not once, but twice.
On top of that, the necklace I received was of noticeably poor quality. It was advertised as gold-plated and waterproof/sweat-proof, something you could “shower, swim and exercise with” while the colour remained the same, yet after just 24 hours of wearing it, it completely discoloured.
What made the situation even worse was the disgustingly slow response time to emails. Every reply took days, sometimes longer, and even then, there was no real resolution, just repetitive, generic responses that didn’t address the problem.
I’ve been more than patient, but after weeks of back-and-forth and repeated mistakes, I’ve completely lost confidence in this company. I’ve now requested a full refund and am still waiting for confirmation.
I would strongly advise others not to order from Diana Jewellery. The experience has been disappointing, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional.
Awful.
Awful.
Avoid at all costs - like all others below it’s not what is pictured. Wish i’d seen these before ordering. 😅
One of the most despicable companies....
Having provided many reviews over the years, this is the first I have reviewed with one star! In my opinion, it is probably one of the most despicable companies - to have gone to such lengths to pull the wool over all our eyes. They have created a most impressive website, found pictures of beautiful jewellery, found people to lie and show their approval of the jewellery they had supposedly received and conned us all!! Now, having said all this, have we not allowed ourselves to be conned!! Think about it, such amazing gold and silver jewellery would NEVER be sold at such low prices. Naturally, we hoped we would receive what we saw, but I think deep down we knew it could not be possible. Nonetheless, this company must be taken to account as one of the biggest online fraudsters; and to that end, I will be sending all the information I have collected to the Online Fraud people in the hope this company will get the 'comeuppance' they deserve. All those of us who have been deceived take heart, we have learned a HUGE lesson here and hopefully, wont so easily be taken in again....
Fraudsters
I, like everyone else, experienced the same from this scam organisation that’s having a so called ‘closing down sale’! I Ordered a dog lamp, I attempted to cancel the order about 12 hours later (read the reviews too late). I did receive a response but only after I threatened them with taking advice from our lawyers. ‘Ella’ responded stating the order had already been despatched but offered a 30% discount’ which was only valid for 30 days! I nearly replied telling her where she can put her discount but I said I would expect a full refund, due to the product being shamefully inadequate and not of same quality as that advertised (cheap plastic and not ‘high quality resin’ as stated in their advertising). I also attached the two photos of the advertisement and what I received. It actually made me lol but for me, it’s not the money (£45) but the principle that they trade as frauds!
Please learn from me (and everyone else on here) who are giving truthful reviews. Do not place any orders or money and force them to close this scamming site.
If I could it would be no starts
If I could it would be no stars made of plastic nothing like the photo these people are ripping off everyone around the world I guess. Please let as many people know about this site/company, in fact I for one will not buy anything from a site that the details aren’t available on the platform I use.
Absolute SCAM Please do not buy from…
Absolute SCAM Please do not buy from this seller. Bought two Tiffany style dog lamps from them and when they arrived they are cheap plastic, don’t even resemble anything like the advertised picture, honestly this is the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Please don’t waste your money
I have for a week been trying to return…
I have for a week been trying to return a lamp which does not work. They have tried to fob me off with offers. 1. That I keep the faulty lamp and they will give me 50 off another purchase. What possible good is this. Then they made another offer equally as useless as the first one. This company is trying to wear me down into saying excuse the expression "sod it" and just forget about it. They are not a nice company to deal with and do not listen to what the customer wants which is my money back. Avoid them like the plague.
Totally interior product received than advert
Took a long time to get product, and it was nothing like the picture - cheap copy and smaller, I would never have purchased this. My friend bought the same product - dog light, just different breed example and she got the same - nothing like the picture. I see that they have a 30 day money back guarantee - trying that. Will never buy from them again
Scam
Like everyone else got burnt buying what turned out to be complete and utter rubbish instead of what was advertised from a fake “English” company in China
Fabricated shop and back story
The bio and full back story is fabricated, not what you are lead to believe ,but a poor quality items sent from China. I would not recommend it and feel it should be highlighted that they advertise as something they are not.
Scam!
Ordered a lamp but was sent one that looked nothing like the picture on the website. Avoid.
