There was great communication between when I purchased the item and when it was delivered. Speedy delivery :). I selected the gift option as it was a gift for my mother and it came really nicely and securely packed :), the item is exactly what it looked as on the website, and the packaging exceeded my expectations!

I don’t normally do this, however, due to the exceptional service I have received over the last 24 hours from you, I felt compelled to email you.
I have just ordered an Olivia 18ct white gold, 5ct diamond tennis bracelet, I’m hoping it arrives before 1pm Wednesday 11th Feb as this is a valentines gift.
The service I have received from Saskia has been incredible and at a level that most companies would envy.
Saskia listened to my questions, she was so knowledgeable and even sent me videos through of her wearing a couple of different sizes for me so I could make an informed decision, she even followed up with calls to help.
