Diamond Gleam are amazing. Simon came to re-enamel our bath and fix chip in wash basin. Our bath is as old as our house which was built in the 1950’s. Simon was professional and courteous. As for his work, phenomenal. The bath looks brand new. I can highly recommend Diamond Gleam.

Simon came to repair my bath but on inspection it wasn't suitable for a repair. I valued his honest opinion, politeness and courtesy. An unusual situation in that it was what he didn't do, which in my opinion, was a good reflection of the service.

Not only could I not see the repair of an ugly chip in the enamel bath, I could not feel it either. Len was very helpful giving me a quote that not only said how much but explained what the work entailed - which helped me to explain it to the person responsible for the damage. The appointment was fixed at short notice and the woman who came to do the work called me when she was uncertain where to park. I know this should not be significant but this is the first time in yonks, dealing with all sorts of different service providers, that my message on what hiccoughs might arise was a) actually passed on to the technician coming to the address and b) acted on in need. So well done Diamond Gleam.

Excellent customer service, arrived promptly and my sink looks brand new. Well worth having a professional repair a chip or crack as its not at all visible.

Simon did a blended resurface job on our bath today. He was refreashingly straight to talk to, professional and polite... a credit to this company AND he did a great job. I would definitely recommend : )

We now have a gleaming, resurfaced traditional roll top bath, instead of an old patchy and grubby looking one. The transformation was amazing thanks to this company and their highly capable technician. Simon. A real professional!

My 1930s enamel bath was discoloured, with chips & scratches. Right from my first phone conversation with Len this has been a great experience and excellent service. Simon was friendly, polite and helpful. He worked so hard all day in this recent heatwave and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. My bath looks fantastic - 'diamond gleam' is a good description. It looks gorgeous - better than brand new. I cannot speak highly enough of Simon and of this company and would definitely recommend them. For the sheer amount of work involved it was also reasonably priced. Thank you!

Really excellent experience. The FEMALE technician was detailed and thorough and repaired a crack, a badly repaired hole and tidied up another prior crack. The result is you can hardly see the prior damage to the bath. Tidied up after her. Would v much recommend.

Had an original 1960s cast iron bath re enamelled that was slightly worse for wear! All I can say is what a fantastic job that was completed and it looks like new! Len was so helpful with organising it to be carried out and Simon very clean and tidy! Would not hesitate in using them again! Highly recommend!

Simon came to the house right on time and got to work immediately. And within a few hours what was a horrible stained and lime scaled bath tub looked absolutely fantastic. I could not believe just how good it looked. Spotlessly clean and a really nice shiny finish that has completely changed the look of the bathroom. Simon did a great after work clean up too and gave good aftercare advice that is so simple and accurate. Anyone with a damaged stained bath tub will do very well to call Diamond Gleam. I had a lovely experience with this service to repair a massive crack in a fibreglass bathtub… It was a prompt service, and Ian from East Grinstead arrived on time, and was fantastic with his dedication and craftsmanship… He almost remade a new bath tub and was super impressed with his work and it looks super amazing and spotless.. From my first contact to completion of the job I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of this company. Our well used and crazed porcelain sink had seen better days with a myriad of cracks and blemishes. After a few hours of Ian’s time it looks like new. Brilliant service and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Diamond Gleam on Friday morning having discovered a crack or flaw in my newly installed shower tray. It wasnt discovered until after all the tiling had been done and the plastic was pulled off. We did not want to have to rip it all out and start again. Ian gave me some excellent advice and by Friday afternoon an appointment was booked for Monday afternoon. Sharra came to do the job and she did an excellent one. We can not see anything. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Couldn't recommend them enough - incredibly helpful with a slightly odd job request from myself. They made sure the job was completed to a very high standard, good price and also in a short time frame (especially helpful given it was over Christmas)!

We've used Diamond Gleam a couple of times to repair a chip / scuff on our acrylic bath tub.
They do absolute wonders! You cannot tell there was any damage.
