Lovely friendly polite but!!
Lovely friendly polite family run business ,but called the professionals as had a suspected leak on my ac as last time regas lasted 2 months,explained all this before work commenced, 2 leaks found repaired and regassed, now less than 2 months later ac not working again, called them up to be told i will have to pay a call out fee for the work to be done thats already been paid for ? Gobsmacked or what ,but booked in again if fault is fixed and lasts this time im more than willing to remove this reveiw and ,i will let you all know the outcome,well i will now have to refer to my texts from dh autos, after arranging another visit they decided to rearange that visit, they then cancelled that visit as i left honest negative review and said were no longer willing to revisit me, so now you all know what happens when you leave honest feedback your blacklisted by them, and i was first of all offered a full refund if a remove my review, dont think so future customers need to know how you conduct your business when a customer is not happy, eventually they refunded me anyway so the review stands.And exactly what equipment did they use to detect the leak was fixed if it took two months to lose presure ? theyre isnt one to test over this long a period ,period !!!! so rather than reattend to keep up the image of good customer care and satifaction they throw the money back at the customer that was given in good faith the work was done they walk away from the issue,mmm really care about honest feedback and customer care !!!! goes to show we all receive lousy customer care eventually,youve all been warned you could get great work done by this family business i was honestly dissapointed after reading there website about customer care but not all is always as it seems, i do hope you dont always walk away from customers prob;ems

When we attended the vehicle, we carried out a full pressure test and identified a leak at one of the condenser seals. The failed seal was replaced, the system was successfully re-pressure tested with no leaks detected at the time, and the AC system was then fully regassed.
As discussed, this is a 2016 vehicle with an AC system that had reportedly not been functioning for a period of time. Unfortunately, with older AC systems, it is possible for additional faults or leaks to develop over time, and repairing one identified leak does not guarantee that no other faults exist elsewhere within the system. Due to the age and condition of vehicle components, no warranty is provided on the overall AC system.
When you contacted us again almost two months later to advise that the AC was no longer working, we agreed to revisit the vehicle at a significantly reduced rate in order to carry out further testing and diagnosis, despite there being no evidence at that stage that the original repair had failed.
We were surprised to receive a 1-star review before we had the opportunity to reinspect the vehicle and determine the cause of the latest issue. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction is important to us and, following further discussions, we provided a full refund of the original invoice as a goodwill gesture so that you could seek an alternative opinion without being left out of pocket.
Although you had expressed a wish for us to continue investigating the fault, after careful consideration we felt it would be more appropriate for the vehicle to be inspected by another garage for a second opinion regarding the AC system.
