Dhiren provided an outstanding culinary experience for our party of four, offering a delightful array of vegetarian and meat options to satisfy everyone's preferences.Opting for a five-course meal, each dish surprised us with its distinct taste, and the triple-cooked seitan wings stood out as my top pick! They were seasoned impeccably and paired with a delicious chili mayo.Collaborating with Dhiren to customize the menu was a breeze, as he contributed fantastic suggestions. The service was exceptional, and he even tidied up the entire venue before departing. I highly recommend his services; you’re sure to be impressed!

We booked Dhiren for my Mum's 60th birthday and the service and food was great from start to finish. Dhiren was able to cater to all of our requirements, we had someone who was vegan and someone who doesn't like onion or garlic and Dhiren managed to create the perfect menu which suited us all. He was really accommodating and tweaked the menu for us until we were completely happy with it. The food on the day tasted delicious and the service provided was brilliant. We had a lovely evening and my Mum really enjoyed her birthday. Thank you Dhiren!

Excellent dining experience with Dhiren! He catered for our group of 4, making a mixture of both vegetarian and meat dishes to suit the whole group.

We went for 5 courses, every course had it's own unquie flavour, with the triple cooked seitan wings being my personal favourite! Spiced perfectly and complemented with a chilli mayonnaise.

We worked with Dhiren to tailor the menu and he had great ideas. Service was second to none, he even cleaned the whole space before he left! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Dhiren was the chef I chose for my daughter’s 5th birthday and I am so glad I chose him!

With my fathers 70th birthday coming up, we asked Dhiren to help us create a magical nights dining experience as my father is a big foodie. Dhiren was fantastic at communicating with us creating a bespoke menu to cater to my dads favorite foods. Dhiren and his partner Christina did not disappoint. The food was first class, served beautifully and had fantastic flavours. We were incredibly happy with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend Dhiren and Christina to any friends or family.

My sister arranged her husbands 40th birthday dinner for 6 people and asked Dhiren to be our chef for the evening. I can’t praise Dhiren enough. Firstly his food was on point! We had people with different spice tolerance levels and some dietary requirements but he accommodated all of them making sure the experience for everyone was exactly the same. He explained every course and was extremely polite. Whilst working away making our food (the thought of the dishes is making me salivate!) he was so quiet you couldn’t tell he was there, yet when we brought him into the conversation he was very funny which was great. Now onto the best bit the food ... omg! I don’t think there was a single dish I could fault. Even though he was cooking for 6 of us he still managed to ensure the food was hot for everyone and that we ate together. The wait between courses was at the right level. Portion sizes were perfect and I was left comfortably full. The paneer dumplings, lamb chops, prawn pani puri (yes it worked!), chicken karaage balls, lamb chops and chocolate fondant cakes were all to die for! So much so that I asked for Dhiren to give me a cooking lesson another day. Thank you for an amazing meal and for being a great host! Would highly recommend Dhiren

I had the pleasure of having Dhiren around to cook my birthday meal and
from start to finish the time, effort and expertise that Dhiren put into the planning and delivery of the food was exceptional.

The dinner was extremely well thought out with a planned menu and ingredients that paired well together. I would say it was a completely different experience to ordering in, having a chef on hand the food was restaurant quality and a particular style that I hadn’t sampled before. This made the day so very special and I took some fantastic pictures on the day.

Dhiren was professional but friendly and added some really special touches to the dishes, like a candle on the dessert and he even garnished the drinks beautifully.

I felt very lucky and special on the day and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

My husband surprised me with a private dinning experience cooked by Chef Dhiren in July 2020. Due to the Covid pandemic I was unable to celebrate my milestone bday as I had hoped with all my friends and family, however, genuinely this gift was so amazing that it made my special birthday memorable for all the right reasons.

Chef Dhiren and my husband had worked together prior to the dinner experience to put together a personalised menu which incorporated a fusion of flavours and to date is still one of the most beautifully cooked, presented and delicious meals I have ever had...!

The fact such amazing food was being cooked in my kitchen still amazes me, especially as my kitchen was left tidier then when Dhiren arrived.

I couldn’t recommend Chef Dhiren highly enough, he is an amazing Chef but also so humble and such a lovely person who was a pleasure to have in our home. His passion for food is tangible in the food he produces and you’d be lucky to have a meal prepared by him.

Dhiren went out of his way to substitute gf dessert specially for me considering it was a set meal.
Chicken was truly bitterly and melt in your mouth.

The only way to describe the food is amazing. It is by far one of the best meals I have had in a long time and my partner agrees. We had the paneer and the coconut chicken curry and it was the perfect amount of spice and heat that doesn’t burn, it just adds to the flavour. The quality is truly exceptional and it really does feel like a fine dining experience in the comfort of your own home. Also, the potatoes were to die for! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Dhiren cook for my family and I for my 30th birthday. The dining experience, food and the atmosphere he created in our own home was phenomenal! Each course was made to perfection and tasted great. His friendly nature made for good conversations while we enjoyed his dishes. To top it all off, he brought all equipment, cutlery, plate settings with him and cleaned up as if nothing had been touched in the kitchen after he left. Thank you, Dhiren! Looking forward to experiencing this with you again.

Wow! Dhiren is one supremely talented chef and last year we had one of the meals of our lives courtesy of his skills. Dhiren kindly cooked a five course, fine dining experience at our home for my wife’s 30th. There were two main things to comment on:

1. The Food
The food itself was like eating at a Michelin star restaurant. Every meal had been made with care, innovation, amazing flavours and personalised to our tastes. He knew my wife loved Tofu so created a tofu dhal dish which was amazing. However it’s his chocolate fondant that wins the day, the best I’ve ever had!

2. Dhiren Himself
I’d never met him until the event itself but before hand he had been brilliantly organised, accommodating and great to communicate with. On the evening his charm and personable character, made the the evening even more enjoyable.

Oh, and thanks to Dhiren we didn’t have to lift a finger all evening! Can’t wait for a round two with him in the future.

I booked Dhiren for a private group cooking class where we spent the day learning how to cook and plate up various unique dishes. The whole experience was a lot of fun and gave us an insight into the world of professional cooking. Dhiren's cooking style is unique and inspiring with his fusion of different tastes, and his creative flare means his food is always well plated to a high standard. I will definitely be booking Dhiren again.

Very exciting and bold flavours! The presentation was superb, especially with the edible flowers (being a florist and all, I really enjoyed that!) I wanted more and more, just delicious!

I booked a private dining experience for my mum's surprise 70th birthday, through the unreliable stages of lock down at the beginning of the pandemic. Throughout this period Dhiren remained professional, understanding and patient with all the changes going on.
I chose Dhiren's service because I liked how he carried his traditionally rooted recipes with stories, vibrancy and beautiful presentation.
For the dinner, the food was presented with such attention to detail, every course he brought out we smiled and clapped! We really felt like we were in a luxurious and special atmosphere.
