We just moved and had DFW security at our old house for a couple years. We were so excited to find out they would service our new home about an hour away! Larry just came and installed at our new house and it was an amazing experience yet again! He was so kind and polite. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over all the options we could include. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very efficient on his install. Larry is so good at his job and with customers. Thank you Larry!!!

Technician Larry came out to activate our alarm system. The gentleman was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable.

Josh the technician was extremely generous with a well done job. He was able to work on some issues that I have had for a long time. Very appreciated of his work!

Larry and David did an excellent job installing my new security system. They acted very professional and made sure I knew how to operate the system before they left. I had ADT at my previous homes and the type of service I received from them was no where close to the service that dfwsecurity provided.

Larry is the best! He is very experienced, polite and very easy to work with.

Our experience with the security element has been quite good. However, the Z wave components (specifically the thermostat) that go with it are terrible. It literally malfunctions 3 times daily and doesn't follow the set schedule for temperature control in the house at all. This is frustrating becasue they charge me monthly for something that does NOT work.
UPDATE: Customer service has been quite helpful with this issue. I have to say, I was impressed by that!

No. Do not sign up. You will be stuck Paying for a 3 year contract even if the system is causing problems and you are having issues. There is no way out, once they install the system. My heat has not worked in a year and a half since the installation. My Home warranty company has sent out two techs, and all DFW Security has to say is it must be something else.

When the doorbell rings, we have difficulty getting the app to open in time to see what has caused the notification. The app is not particularly intuitive.
However, when there was an emergency the company reacted quickly and notified authorities immediately.
While I am very grateful for the response, the day-to-day use can be a little frustrating.

Installation was great. Service isn’t what we remember. When our panic alarm has gone off on accident on the weekend, we have waited up to 3 minutes for a call or connection.

Easy to use, great notifications, sound sleep at night.

Overall the monitoring company is ok, but the company you guys use for loans sucks they are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with they have poor feedback as well very sleazy company and due to this fact I cannot recommend anyone to use the service as if this is who you like to represent your financial side of your company I feel my service is soon to be sold off as usual and my prices go up.
