Just switched from Alert 360 to DFW for security and cameras. Pay half of what I was paying before and was able to use most of my equipment and I upgraded a few things. David did a great job getting me set up and ensuring a seamless experience. He was patient and detail oriented making sure all my sensors were online with my new system. Very happy with my new system. Quality of video and the upgraded app are great!

The the gentleman that came was so nice and he answered all of my questions thank you. I think it is a great company. I’m appreciate it.

Service person was very friendly and corrected the issue promptly. He listened and responded to all my questions. Also troubleshot the system while he was here.

The installer was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was very impressed on the time spent to confirm all the equipment was functional and then to show me how to use the system.

Alarm still isn't working right and keeps going off!!!!

I had to leave the house for an appt in Dallas, so my husband was home while Herman worked on our system. Bill told me that evening that Herman was very efficient and patient, explained his work, and checked everything carefully. He solved the problem of two doors that we continually were forced to bypass by installing larger sensors. He made certain that our system was checked thoroughly and installed a new carbon monoxide monitor. We are very pleased. We think our system is truly working correctly for the first time.

Your technicians are punctual and polite. they communicate well. They do a great job when they come back time and again.
The issue I am having is the constant upkeep of the equipment: the doorbell needs charging every two weeks so far, the constant touchpoints in need of maintenance thus far I hope improves but the system seems to be a diva. I purchased this service but it is always needing attention and it's annoying. Maybe this is a learning curve for a doorbell monitor but yes this is constant and I don't like it.
