Disappointment is an understatement. We had an offer on 142, Cheyneys Avenue, Canons Park, HA8 6SE, with mortgage application and Level 2 survey complete. Only for the seller to accept another offer. They did not even have courtesy to even ask me if I wanted to match the new offer. NOT IMPRESSED!

I can't recommend Hugh and his team highly enough.His professionalism ,patience and kindness, as well as going more than "the extra mile," I believe made it possible for my sale to go through.He constantly checked and came back to update and reassure me through what turned out for me to be a very stressful sale.Thank you so much Hugh .
