I worked with Helen as part of the Cumbria Accelerator Programme and she was great. She really helped me focus and work on a number of areas of my business that needed attention. She was very warm and approachable, very knowledgable, and she gave me some great pointers and practical help whilst giving me clarity on what I need to do to grow my business, including actions and plans I had not before considered. After moving into my first management position I met with Helen to increase my confidence in having difficult conversations with the team. This was something I knew I had to get better at and in only 4 sessions the difference is amazing! Being able to think out loud with some guidance from Helen really helped me feel much more confident.
