An extremely well made piece of kit. Very fast delivery and easy to assemble, it's well engineered and far better than I expected for the price. It clamps securely to the handlebars and locks the phone in place so no worries about your phone flying off while you're riding.

Product is excellent
Product is excellent, had for a couple months now and monitor hasn't moved an inch despite being a heavy ultra wide monitor and having an attachment fitted to it, only issue I had was with delivery which it looks like quite a few people had the same issue, but product is fantastic

A superb product
The Desire2 360° device holder is a superb product. Sturdy, elegant, and does everything I want it to. I would pay twice as much for this item and really think that the price is an absolute steal! Came quickly and well packaged.

Great stand for an Apple Studio Display…
Great stand for an Apple Studio Display with vesa mount. Assembly with clear instructions should be easy for most people.
The height is easy to adjust without fuss. Tilt and pan on the other hand have to be set and then tightened with an Alan key supplied, which neatly stores in the cable tie a the back.
Since I rarely re-adjust my monitor's position this all I need and the price is very good. Solid build in satin like black metal.

Poor Communication, missing items and no resolution
Extremely poor service. My order arrived with items missing. I was told to wait 14 days for an investigation, which has now passed with no response whatsoever. I returned the remaining items as instructed and have since been met with complete silence — no updates, no refund, no accountability. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am currently out of pocket by £179.37

Hi Gerald,
We are sorry that your shipment was short of two products and that subsequently you also want to return the other three products. As mentioned for us to be able to claim on the logistics company we need to give them 14 days to review the case before a claim can be made and also review the CCTV at the packing stage to try and see where the shortage may have happened.
A full refund was provided for your order for the items you have sent back and also the missing items, We will continue to claim on the logistics company. A refund through shopify can take a few days which is why it may not have shown yet, but it is on its way.
