Truly overcharge for sub par website. Then they try to scam people for more money with " better servers."

I spent almost a year working on a website with this company.
They were constantly up selling and would hold the site hostage until I paid more money for whatever the "justification" was.
This was a very expensive and time consuming lesson.
Needless to say I never even got a website for my trouble.
Internet pirates.
Stay away!

after being reported as con artists, they changed their identity to Design Gene Pro. Red flagged once more since many individuals had the same experience. For additional information, please, contact Bark's customer service department.
Please exercise caution and due diligence before making any online payments.

They will offer you a special price too good to be true to get whatever amount if $ they can get from you!
Don’t be fooled by their website and fake names like Matt Kelly that they use to look professional. They will steal your money and NEVER deliver what they promise!!! I wish I had red the reviews before dealing with them. It would saved me time and money!!! Don’t give them any sensitive information as they will never stop scamming you. They called my number a few months later to try another scam with credit card fraud!!

Overall, I had a positive experience. Hannah A. was great to word k with. She got me some really well done designs in a couple of days.

They do try and sell you the copyright feature for a few hundred dollars but you are not obligated to purchase it. Additionally, it was hard to hear her when we spoke on the phone. I think that was most likely the result of us both being on speaker. I would definitely use them again.

Hannah Austin was an absolute saint to work with, she was not only knowledgeable, talented but also very patient with me and my needs. They will build a website for you, then ask for more and more money. Then, a few months later, they will put a pop up on your site saying the server needs updating and hold your site hostage claiming if you don’t pay for lifetime hosting then they can’t fix it. Total scam.

He had 3 weeks to deliver; They actually pulled through. I strongly recommend this company as they are professional. I found DesignsGene Pro professional and design everything to satisfy the customer. I asked them to create the Clinic logo and brochure, and they did it as I asked them and found their work very impressive and satisfying.
I highly recommend their professional help to those who want their service. I am sure nobody would be disappointed.
