Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. I noticed you received the exact DXF file you requested, and our records confirm it was delivered successfully to your account.
We're committed to top-quality vector designs for CNC machining, so I'm surprised by the 1-star rating. Could you please share what didn't meet your expectations? Was it the file accuracy, compatibility with your post-processor, dimensions, or something else? Your input will help us improve and ensure you're fully satisfied.
Looking forward to your reply – I'd be happy to revise the file at no extra cost if needed.

It was a unique experience, speed in sending the file, response from the supervisors, and credibility in sending.

We're delighted to have you on our website and hope you have a great time. It seems you've misunderstood a bit. We're not selling you an image file, but rather a vector file that you can use for cutting on laser cutting machines.
