Had an amazing experience talking to Mark from Design Eternal. Very helpful, so genuine and kind. He explained everything to me. I definitely recommend working with them.

We had a very involved and graphically challenging re-work job on our website, basically rebuilding from scratch and migrating to a better platform. From the beginning the Designeternal team were proactive, communicative and most of all patient in dealing with all these challenges. This company are not based in Liverpool as stated. I got a quote from them recently which i had a friend review, he expressed surprise at how affordable the quote was and how quickly they could execute.

I was getting a bad feeling from "Mark" who was the guy I was dealing with there, so I requested that we set up a video call for me to meet the team. He agreed, but the invite never came. This is despite him being extremely communicative i the days prior. I also could not find him on LinkedIn so decided better to be safe and not part with my money.

I posted about my experience here, and at that point they resurfaced threatening legal action. It came from a guy called Tom Sawyer who I also couldn't find on LinkedIn. I tried to respond to the email and it ended up bouncing back!

So long story short these people are not who they say they are. Better to keep your money in your pocket.

P.S I think they write a lot of these reviews themselves and then when people do post bad reviews try and spook them with bogus legal action. Also the one negative review that was on here before they said was from a disgruntled former employee, so wanted to flag in case anyone reads this and they try and say the same thing about me.
