I was unsure to order due to ratings but then ordered via COD, They delivered the product thru delhivery on the day as per my convenience. It cost 40rs extra on delivery but the products cost was way cheaper than on amazon or other platforms. I liked the overall experience. 4 star cuz it was my first order. Will check more products in future and if all goes well, I will rate 5.

I have payed for product with my UPI I'd but, no order confirmation 😡 and no response from support mail.

My experience is good....I tried dermatics.in for the first time with hesitation....but I recieved the product within the given time period and also I recieved the original...also my order was prepaid and I was in doubt whether I will recieve the product or not and if not whether I will get my money refunded or not....But for me it is good

I am looking for Mintop 5% 120 ml, and as i saw good price on this website Dermatics.in but i was little curious how come this price, so I was go through next add to cart and in payment option i am looking for COD, but there is not COD option, so i thought definitely something is not good, so i checked on google about this website, so got review.. that This website is fake website.. they should be in TIHAD JAIL

Order a pair of shampoo and placed this order as COD. They cancelled the order after 10 days without any information. You cannot track your order, no text or WhatsApp updates, no email updates. They will cancel the order and will not refund your money if the payment is made online. They trap you by giving lucrative prices and later on cancel you order and will not refund the money.

I didn't get a delivery date for my order and on enquiry, they canceled the order..
Refund has not reached me even after 5 days.

A useless site offering more discounts to trap customers. There is no proper communication channel where we can connect with support. I have ordered an item as it was discounted more but not received yet. I dropped multiple emails for refund at least but no luck. I haven’t received reply to my multiple email requests. Fake people fake site. Never recommend ordering here pls. Please order with reputed sites.

I recently ordered and paid for the product..but the order didn't went through so i waited for few days as they mailed me to say that
the amount will refunded.. what happened is i just waited and waited and money didn't got refunded!...buy from reputed brands and not fall for this scam website.

One more thing to be noted is their contact phone number will be always switched off and if you mail them the reply will be based on your luck.

I will be soon filing a case and closing this website and freezing their bank account forever!

My order placed on 22/04/2023 did not get shipped and it got cancelled on 28/04/2023. Refund not received yet. I'm not able to contact customer service and not getting proper reply on WhatsApp. It's a fake website.

I got a fake product and not getting reply over mail regarding my query.

Never buy from the site it's a fake site it's been 2 day's there is no update of my shipment neither on website nor through mail. And i contacted through mail and WhatsApp no. No reply neither give an option to cancel. It's a total fake site reviews are also fake just to make people order products

Been using the website for my needs since 2021, and only faced minor issues with my order and the same has been resolved without me having to follow up much with the customer service.
