Excellent quality T-shirts with unique Designs that wash well and don’t shrink.

Received my 3 shirts in Hong Kong. I experienced a sizing issue. Dephect worked with me to rectify the problem very quickly. I was particularly impressed that a "real" person reached out to me right away with an explanation/solution. Rare in my experience.

The quality of clothing is fantastic, the designs are incredible and the customer service is amazing. I asked for a £30 refund and they gave me £40. It's rare to see these days; can't say enough good things about the company.

I have come back a few times over the years and have a range of items that I wear regularly (my favourite T-shirt I own is from Iain Macarthur). After seeing what I ordered today, my father took a look at some of the products to see a whole 6 designs he really wanted and struggled to pick the 3 he bought!

IMPORTANT!!!:
Dephect has some of the best customer service I have ever seen, I have only ever had 2 issues, the first being a minor misprint that resulted in an apology and replacement sent free of charge. Today, when purchasing for my father, I had forgotten to change the sizing... they replied and resolved my issue in UNDER 5 MINUTES.

Dephect's merchandise is top notch. Their T-Shirts feature beautiful and original designs and are made of high quality fabric. They are well fitted and very comfortable to wear. They also provide excellent and fast customer service. They exchanged my order with no fuss after I contacted them because I had ordered my T-Shirts one size too big. I highly recommend this brand.
