Absolute life savers!! The work is excellent, as good if not better grade than from any dentist. I myself broke a front tooth at 20 years old and so have dealt with many expensive replacement bridges over the years. Now my husband and I are older, my husband has a just a few teeth needed replacing. I found Dental Lab online among many others doing similar but not similar to dentist grade replacements. I was able to replace his front side tooth for a few hundred dollars. It came within a few weeks. It fit him perfectly. My husband was against it. He just wanted to use a traditional dentist but he missed appointments and they fired him. We called and canceled but it was last minute due to our work bc someone called in sick. Anyways the tooth was perfect, comfortable, looked real. He ate with it. He loved it and was so grateful I got it for him. He did not have any problem using the molds they sent him to make impressions. The instructions were easy to understand. We were a little concerned one part of the impression was not covered well enough with the gummy material/molding. Very easy. Only problem is that he did not always put it away in the provided container and he lost it. But no problem, Dental Lab still had his information and were able to make a 2nd one. They even gave us a discount this time. It came on time as expected, in perfect condition. My husband is using the container provided to store it when he sleeps. Without this tooth, his career was really affected. He runs a company of 20 years. He is head of operations, sales and fleet management. Also, when we contacted customer service with questions we spoke to a real person without waiting long. We also sent a friend here who no longer was sure how many teeth he was missing or which solution would work best for him. They responded via email and were able to help him too. Absolutely this is a trustworthy and affordable solution. No extra hidden costs. Thank you Dental Lab!!

To be honest at first it was a bumpy ride due to the impressions need it to be sent back to adjust them, customer service was very professional from the beginning but once i got them and look in the mirror i got to say i am very satisfy and very happy to all .

Quick shipping - easy process. The product is perfect! So much more affordable than the $10K implant I was considering! Would absolutely recommend.

Who would have thought that an individual can do an impression at home send it into a lab and in a short time have a GREAT tooth replacement with a perfect fit and color match it is a credit to your technicians.

I can not put into words how terrible this piece is. It doesn't fit, it doesn't look good. I wish I could leave a glowing review because lord knows I wanted to smile and eat normally again. I didn't find customer service to be very helpful either. But I am not too upset about that.

I got the impression kit and the instructions are to email them with images of it before sending back. I've emailed 3x, from two different email addresses 6 days ago, and there's no response at all. This was time sensitive and now I have to deal with a credit card dispute because they won't reply to my polite emails asking about if the images are approved for me to send the impressions in.

Their site has no phone number, which I should have checked. They only have an online form- which I also used in addition to the emails.

I called at the lab this morning and louise was lovely and did a fantastic repair for me and it was done within an hour.Thats what I call 5 star treatment.😃

Completely unusable device. Company will not communicate with me about correcting device or refund. They say it’s fine. They are too large. I look ridiculous in them.

My tooth came, I was SO NERVOUS, it would look ugly and not fit right. I kept thinking to myself, what have I done what have I done? All that money wasted. That's how nervous I was. I took it out of the box, and put it in my mouth and it fit PERFECTLY! IT LOOKED PERFECT! I worried for nothing. I couldn't have been more pleased. It was money well spent, now I don't look like a pumpkin head.

After three impression kits, patience and good direction from Dental Direct ( they took the time to get it right), I got my partial. Took them right out of the package, put them right into my mouth. PERFECT fit, no adjustment needed. They look great and feel great. WORTH the wait.

Dental Labs Direct/dldsmiles.com - I got a 1-tooth Nesbit and paid more than a thousand dollars LESS than my mother paid for the exact same thing from a local "affordable" denture place. Mine is perfect! Then my mom's got ruined by the dog. She bought her 2nd Nesbit from DLDSmiles/DentalLabs-Direct and she got it today, she says it's perfect (just like mine)! We are both very pleased and highly recommend.

A great company from start to delivery of a new partial.

My new partial is easily the equivalent of a super expensive one supplied by my dentist. Fit is great, and the bite seems to be right on.

When I first bought my partial denture I was very please as it fit perfectly and customer service answered promptly. However, my experience dealing with DLD customer service has gone down significantly over the years. It now take an entire day to hear back and when they do respond it's brief and does not answer the entire question. Recently, I got my permanent retainer taken off so that I can send my molds for new retainers. Since this is a time sensitive process, I had to send picture of my mold to be pre approved. They sent an email stating that my mold looks good and I can send them. About 2 weeks later I get an email that they sent an extra mold kit and that the impressions were not good enough! My teeth have already shifted and I will now need new aligners! I wanted to save hundreds, now I will be spending thousands thanks to their incompetence. I have already reached out multiple times for a refund and so I will be doing a charged back on my credit card. Please do not trust them!
Update 03/19/26 : I disputed with my credit card company to receive the full refund and Dental Lab Direct lied to my credit card company and said I did my canceled order and they have now charged me for the full order which I cancelled and never received! Very shady practice!

The bite is perfect and the fit is good. I mainly purchased this 1 - tooth partial because I wanted to support the 2 teeth (one of which has a crack) beside it while I eat. But it hurts every time I bite down. I've tried using fixodent to give it some padding with little luck. Cosmetically it looks great, but my missing tooth is on the bottom side of my mouth so not very noticeable.
