Absolutely excellent service! I had a plumbing emergency and I close this company after checking FaceBook recommended plumbers on my local FB group. This company’s name was consistently mentioned, so I rang them.

I was quite stressed when I phoned as I had water shooting out of an outdoor overflow pipe and it was very worrying, I didn’t know what to do to stop it as I couldn’t turn off the stopcock.

The guy I spoke to in the office had a lovely plumber out to me so speedily and the first thing he did was stop the water shooting out!! I was so relieved ha, you’ve no idea!

He then fixed my problem, having brought the part with him. He was friendly, highly efficient and tidy. Excellent service and this company are now in my contacts list on my phone.

I would highly recommend in either normal circumstances (booked job) or an emergency. Mine was an emergency and they were there, sorting it, pronto. Excellent, in fact I’m going to get them back to fit some new taps I’ve bought, I have total trust. Thank you so much for helping me out so fast.

Callum arrived and sorted out our blockage with no dramas or fuss. He did a thorough job quickly and made no mess. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

The whole process from Jake first visiting me through to completion I was updated at every step of the way, the whole process was explained, I received texts and emails each morning advising me that the engineer had set off with an estimated arrival time. It was a big job and quite invasive as I was having all my radiators changed and the regular boiler removed out of the kitchen and a combi boiler installed in my upstairs airing cupboard (a system conversion), but at no point was I concerned. All the team were knowledgeable and polite, big shout out to Lewis Smith who was on site from start to finish. The team cracked on from the Wednesday morning and didn’t leave until 6:40PM on the Friday which is unusual for tradesmen as they usually want an early finish on a Friday, Jake even came back out on the Saturday morning (even though he and the team were going out to celebrate one of the engineers 50th birthday that afternoon) with a builder as there was something he wasn’t quite happy with where the flue came through the roof tiles. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Denner Heating and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently moved into a house which, to say the least, has a few quirks in terms of the plumbing, electrics and the workmanship of previous trades.

Enter Denner Plumbing & Heating — in the form of Callum, Lewis and Jason. Between them they installed a brand new gas combi boiler, resolved plumbing issues affecting the taps and washing machine, and identified and advised me on additional circuitry that had incorrectly found its way into the boiler’s fused spur.

The difference has been transformative. What particularly impressed me was their methodical approach to troubleshooting legacy problems rather than simply carrying out the boiler installation and leaving the rest. They were professional, clear in their explanations, and thorough in ensuring everything was left working properly.

All in all, an excellent job and a very reassuring experience.

Callum,who fitted my new kitchen tap,was a nice friendly guy and took no time at all to do the job in hand . The price was reasonable and because of a cancellation the job was done the same day as we got the quote .I wouldn't hesitate to use the company in the future.

From planning to installation the central heating system has exceeded our expectations

I have live in Annan 20years in all that time I have had a lot of Tradesmen come to do jobs at my house, but never have I had such knowledgeable & competant as Lewis & Callum from Denner Heating, the fitting of my new boiler was excellent and the whole job from start to finish I was kept informed of the progress of the job, i cant recommend this comany enough, TOP CLASS

What started off as a problem with my parents bathroom tap and drain during the cold spell, ended with their boiler being serviced (well overdue) and replacement parts fitted. Throughout the process Jake reacted quickly and kept me informed. The guys onsite were great and took the time to explain to my father what was needed. Great fast service, I’ll be contacting them next year to get the boiler serviced. In a time when you struggle to get a plumber to even return your call Denner are exceptional in their quick response and knowledge. Highly recommend them.

Jake & Jason, heating engineers from Denner heating did a wonderful job of fitting my new radiators last December ~ 2024 Very trustworthy, attentive, efficient & reliable.

When my boiler broke down this New Year's Eve (2025) ~ I contacted Jake on New Year's day & Jason came on the 2nd of Jan. 2026 to assess the problem. Spare parts were ordered & my boiler was up & running a few days later.

I felt safe in leaving spare keys for Jason to access my home ~ as I was working away. All my messages & emails between Jake & Jason were replied to timeously & any queries answered promptly.
