Alex is a really genuine nice guy. I came across deluge whilst looking for a Canada Goose coat for my son, he initially helped me identify a fake CG coat that I had asked him to look at over email. I then realised he sold authentic ones and decided to buy from him. I had been so worried about getting ripped off by sellers on Vinted etc… Alex knows his stuff and sourced me a beautiful Wyndham parka, sent by next day delivery and it was immaculate - unfortunately it was too small for my son so I contacted him and I returned it, no quibbles at all and only too pleased to exchange - which we did for a medium.
Amazing service, such a decent friendly guy and kept me updated throughout with tracking numbers.
I shall certainly be using Deluge again and I highly recommend. A very happy customer with an incredibly happy (and lucky) son! Who now wears a better coat than his mum and dad!

Super nice and honest guy. He was also super patient with me even tho i was def getting on his nerves at some point. He sent me the right model but worng size with an accident😂 But resolved the issue right away with a partial refund. Item came as authentic and everything on the site is also authentic to my knowledge. I will def be buying from again some time and would def recommend him for anyone looking for a second-hand designer
