Took a full month - yes 4 weeks to deliver the order. Customer service was shockingly bad! Only way to contact them was by email or WhatsApp and it often took days or even a week before I would get a response if they answered at all! They have an 48 hour cancellation policy, which I tried to do but I didn’t get a reply for a couple of days which meant I was outside of the cancellation time frame. When they did reply I was told my order had shipped. Which it hadn’t and they could not provide me with a shipping number. Extremely frustrating, I thought the company was fake and I had been scammed! After I reported this company to my bank I finally got my order. Not convinced they are real Yeezys, but I refuse to pay the shipping to return them.

Exactly what i wanted.
The fit was great and its very comfortable.
And it came on time. Awesome.
I have been shopping here for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

Product was a replica, not authentic. Return process is garbage, wanted to charge me $70 to return fake product. Seems very illegitimate. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

It came in as it should but I had trouble tracking the order. The product itself was awesome and I would highly recommend.

Be careful — don’t buy from them. I received fake sneakers that smelled strongly of glue. When I told them they were not authentic, they suggested I spray them with perfume and air them out. The customer service was terrible. I wanted to return them, but they told me I’d have to pay for shipping to China out of my own pocket.

My grandmom had ordered me Yeeze slides for my birthday on July 20th 2025 and we have not received them or have heard no news.

Just what I ordered and arrived when they said it would.

I am very pleased with the purchase. The delivery was within time limit that was said, but unfortunately about 2 hours too late for prom. But nevertheless, very pleased with the purchase. Exactly as expected.
Oh yeah, one more thing is the tracking number was always showing in transit and there was no way to show where the parcel was, which put me a little nervous.
If tracking would have shown more details, it would have made me feel better.

Amazing service. They corrected my order for the right size. My bf was so happy with his shoes. He's a runner and very picky :) i will buy again for sure. Good price, fast delivery... cant ask more :)

I purchased $400 shoes in April. I’ve still not received them. It’s now July. The response from customer service is terrible and almost non existent. I’ll probably never see these shoes. :(

Ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan iv x SB white navy (@ raffle launch price $300 aud), the very moment you open the box you are hit with this over powering glue/paint like smell, I have bought a few sneakers and never smelt that.

Then the cheap materials. The list goes on. Great copy don’t endorse it at all at rrp. Good for a thrasher shoe if they were $100.00.
could have had a legit pair for another $150.00 aud

Do not buy if you want authentic legit shoes
I give them props for good copy but do the right thing sell em cheap ya dogs

Deltitech has great prices and selections. The website is easy to navigate. I'm very pleased with shoes and whole process, I had no issues.
