In December 2017 I purchased a vehicle service warranty on my personal vehicle with Delta Auto Protect. After filing numerous claims and having them denied by the service provider, I elected to cancel the service warranty as per the contract, Section VII.1.A. The prorated amount owed to me as calculated by Delta Auto was $1935.00. On August 14th 2018 I submitted a cancellation and refund request in writing via fax. Delta representatives all acknowledged receipt of the fax and stated that the check would be mailed at the end of the month. As of this date, January 14, 2019, I still have not received a refund in the amount of $1935.00. I have made over 15 documented phone calls to multiple company representatives in leadership requesting a full and fair refund (including Misters May, Park, Lynch and Cruz). No attempt has been made on their part to deliver a full or partial refund of any kind. After five months of requesting a refund, I can only conclude that Delta Auto is not acting in good faith and shows no intent to extend the agreed upon refund. Their actions constitute unfair and deceptive practices towards consumers using their services.

Excellent service - The timing went out in my car, and I was stranded. The car stopped and no matter how many times I tried I could not get it to start. I am so glad I had Delta Auto Protect extended warranty. I was able to get my car towed and repaired and received a rental car while waiting for repairs. Everything was covered and with a very minimal deductible.

My 1999 Dodge Durango started to have brake issues that left me on the side of the road one day, as I could no longer safely drive it. I gave Delta Auto Protect a call since I had an extended auto warranty coverage through them and knew that whatever issue was going on with my brakes, it would be covered. I explained what was happening with my brakes to the person on the phone. He called for a tow truck to get my Durango and also provided a rental car for me to use until everything was fixed. The agent handle things quickly and was knowledgeable with what the warranty covered. Everything was handled well by the company and I saved quite a bit of money since I was only responsible for the deductible.

With some of the vehicles I have, I typically like to have an extended auto warranty because repairs are so expensive. Delta was one of the few that would insure a Porsche, so I went with them. I had an excellent experience with their rep and the initial purchase was pretty simple. Setting up payments for the warranty was very easy, too.

This past weekend I had a blow-out on the highway. It was the scariest experience of my life. I called Delta Auto Protect and they sent out a tow truck to my location. The customer service was super friendly and worked in an urgent manner by starting the process of getting a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. I used the rental for a day and paid nothing out of pocket. The only thing I had to pay for was my deductible- which was super low. I was able to get back to my life way quicker than I would have without Delta Auto Protect.

Since I constantly travel on the road, I wanted the peace of mind using the best protection for my Honda Civic. Fortunately, I learned about the benefits of getting an extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect. This extended warranty is a good way to reduce financial stress when my car needs to be repaired. I’m not very skillful when it comes to fixing car problems, so I want assurance that I can keep my vehicle running smoothly by getting an extended warranty to avoid expensive repairs.

I had just purchased a new car for some reason it started acting extremely weird, when I would go to start it something was acting strange and smoke filled inside of my car thank goodness I had decided to purchase an extended warranty with delta auto protect i called them and explained what was going on they set up a time for a mechanic to check out what the problem was and only charged me with my deductible thank God for that it turned out their was a few lose wires that were were touching that was causing all the issues. they got it fixed and had my car back to me,they were extremely professional and very courteous I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

My sister suggested that I get a warranty through Delta Auto Protection, I was hesitant at first but decided to try them I was going to a woman's retreat for a week end for work and some ladies night out driving to Detroit and getting on a plane before I could make to Detroit my car just shut off wouldn't turn no light on nothing Unbelievable I said to myself car is only three old I stopped passenger driving by and they gave me a jump nothing so I called Delta Auto Protection and was told someone would be right out in a hour Jimmy came took a look under the hood and said sorry it's your transmission went out he told I'd been driving awhile with no fluid he called in to get me a rental for the week. and took to get my car transmission fixed and all I had to pay was my warranty glad. I'm going to continue my warranty.

I was driving down a set road and hit a puddle that was actually a huge lot hope and ruined the suspension in my car. Thank goodness I have Delta Auto! They helped me find a mechanic to fix my car and helped with a rental while my car was in the shop and all it cost was my deductible! I saved so much money thanks to Delta!

The day of Christmas I was traveling to a family members house and we ran out of gas. I called delta auto protect and spoke to customer service agent Ashley. She advised me I had a coverage on my account that covers gas. She was able to get Jim to come out to us within 30 minutes with 10 gallons of gas to help us. If you like to drive well past the 100k mark on your odometer, then some type of protection is needed. When I arrived at 105k, my water pump decided to cease operation. My dealer told me numerous times about my 100k Powertrain warranty. Intially, I was a magnet for repairs. But 2 sons and a wife later, I can no longer read through and analyze maintenance and repair schedules. Lucky for me, I invested in an extended warranty from Delta. I called the warranty company to check if my water pump was covered. He happily explained any component submerged in fluid is covered. My question was answered, prayers were answered, and my water pump was fixed. I couldn't ask for a better deal than that.

My 2006 Toyota Corolla broke down today at the freeway, and I had to get it towed to the nearest repair shop. I contacted Delta Auto Protect, and a very nice customer service representative walked me through the claim process. He talked to the mechanic, and said that the claim will be approved and that they will provide me with a rental.I am so happy! I just have to pay my deductible. Like many of you, I have had an overwhelming poor experience with this company. My 2013 GM vehicle became disabled and inoperable. I had it towed to a local, reputable GM dealership. It took two days and 13 phone calls to finally reach a claims representative to assign an inspector. My service writer at the GM dealership also said it took several calls to finally get through and reach a claims representative. After six days passed, still no inspection of my car, and subsequent calls to Delta proved futile. Finally on the 9th day a field inspector showed, and denied coverage for one of three major issues. On the one part of the engine he agreed to cover, he allowed for an aftermarket part in which the dealer could not, would not use due to service warranty policies. The part that was denied is an integral mechanism to the timing of my cars ignition and, under any pretense is a covered part. Last, the remaining assembly and most costly of the three, was denied since the inspector insisted on a tear down of the assembly. The service writer called to explain the delay and denials, I immediately authorized a tear down. It was completed the same day. It has now been 12 days and no inspection. I have made 18 calls, have been on hold at least 10 minutes each call, and still have no commitment from DELTA that an inspector has been reassigned. Rental car charges are now over $1000.00. As of this writing, my car sits on a hoist Uninspected and with pending repairs of over $3500.00.

So my oldest daughter goes to school in California and her car has quite a few miles on it. I couldn't afford to get her a new car but after doing some research, I figured the next best thing would be to buy her an extended car warranty just in case something happened to her car so she could get it back on the road as soon as possible. So glad I did too because approximately 90 days after I purchased the Delta Auto Protect extended car warranty, my daughter's brakes went out! She managed to keep from crashing and shut the car down. We both called Delta and once they understood the problem, they expedited her claim and got approval to get her brakes repaired. They not only had my daughter's car towed to an ASE certified mechanic's shop, they gave her a rental to use until the brakes were fixed! We are more than satisfied with their fast service and affordable warranty. Highly recommended!

Delta Auto Protect is a great company! They really work with you to make sure the policy you are getting fits your needs. The representatives are very friendly and actually make you feel like your opinion and needs matter. The quote they offered me was much more reasonable than some of their competitors so this reason, coupled with the positive interaction I had with the company, made it worth it for me to buy a policy with them

I was having major problems with my air conditioning leaking water on to to floor of my car. I drove into a nearby repair shop to have it looked at. I was afraid that if enough water leaked into my vehicle, it could cause electrical problems or make my speakers defective. The staff at the repair shop took a look at it and it was such a quick fix. I haven't had the issue since. All I paid was my deductible to basically prevent a problem that could end up costing much, much more in the future.

I've never tried an extended warranty company before, I assumed that when you buy a car, you take on the responsibility of the repairs. Im sooo glad I did because within 3 months the water pump went out in my car and the warranty got it replaced and took care of everything! Im so happy that I don't have to worry about car repair anymore, I don't know anything about cars.
