Inspired, we embarked on a journey to build an app that would finally give us Brits the experience of REAL consumer convenience in the palm of their hand. A chance to support the local businesses they knew and loved – plus find a few more they never knew before! Almost one year on from this moment of revelation, we are beyond proud to present DeliveryDrop: on-demand delivery supporting a whole host of business types. I ordered 8 cans of cider which weren't in stock and only had 1 option for replacement i also ordered 8 coors larger 500m and they gave me 440m which over all isn't acceptable when I paid the money for 500m

The store cancelled my order and i contacted delivery drop 3 times about my refund and they kept saying it was being sorted, 5 weeks later still nothing good job i payed on paypal as they got my money back for me. AVOID!

Pointless
Pretty useless tbh, limited stores in limited locations. I finally found some things I might want only to have the order declined cause they don’t have drivers lol. Stupid app - waste of time stick to Uber eats. I ordered from 2 stores the second delivery turned up with 1 thing missing and 2 replacements so half my order wasn’t even what I ordered. Customer service don’t care, said they try and ask for a refund for things that didn’t turn up!! Why am I paying for missing items. AWFUL! SCAM! Avoid!

Hi,
we are sorry you feel this way, as we have explained to you over the phone, the store had put the two items that were out of stock as replacements as not to bring down the value from the order as you had used a Drop20 code that gives you £15 off your order however if the value is taken down then this may make the code invalid so we urge the stores to put in a replacement instead of crossing off the items so that this does not happen. We apologise that the store did not contact to let you know about the replacements and have advised them to do so in the future so that this does not occur again.
