Cold GREASY food. Won’t order again from the Hitchin branch

Wolverhampton branch ....Order was 1 hour late, No apology for been late. pizza was just about warm. Garlic bread was tough to eat (been warmed up) threw most the garlic bread away. Will not use again, crap service crap food

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a pizza to collect from Amblecote/Stourbridge Pizza hut place. Could hardly understand nor hear the woman on the phone. Got there and went to pay with cash and she said card only to which I replied "I only have cash" Apparently she told me on the phone🤷‍♂️Like I'd drive a mile to not get any food!!!! Asked the manager who was a complete horrible miserable bell end who said no it's card only in a nasty way. I said keep you'll have to keep it then and went to McDonald's instead. Never using Pizza hut anywhere ever again. The arrogance of that manager. There's a way of dealing with things.

This is the Pizza Hut my husband and I went to and this EU lady and her colleague yelled at us, called my husband “that person” just because we wanted to use the bathroom. She said “it’s a bathroom I have to clean so I’m not going to let you use it”. I’ve never been respected and humiliated like this in my life. She literally blocked me from entering the bathroom insisting we buy something before we can use the bathroom

I will start off by saying I have used pizzahut for years. Always my go to when wanting take out pizza. We’ve had a few ups and downs with the restaurant/take away but they have always delivered 90% of the time.
On the weekend 10/02/24 my son had his friend stay over so had ordered them pizza as a treat.
The pizzas were delivered at 1st without the drink that’s was ordered with it and the driver said he’d go back to get. Of which we were cool with even though this wasn’t the 1st this had happened.

We all sat down and opened the pizzas to find both were burnt and inedible! This was very disappointing.

I had called my local Pizza Hut to which the pizzas were replaced but much later than out original given delivery time. By the time the boys were eating they were so tired that they didn’t enjoy it.

With this I thought I’d report our disappointment with pizzahuts customer services. To which I was just told that they consider the replacement pizzas that were at a much later time enough in response for our disappointment. As the pizzas were not enjoyed I don’t agree with this but was told pretty much that after being a long time customer that my custom didn’t matter. We will never buy from pizzahut again

Dreadful service at Pizza Hut, Urmston.
I emailed the company (see below), I received a lengthy response, apologising and assuring me that training would be improved, nothing more.
We shan't be returning to Pizza Hut.

My wife and I took our 3 grandchildren to Pizza Hut yesterday, it was my first visit.
Please refer to the survey I completed earlier this morning (ref: 07060401024754).
Our server didn't explain anything:
1) When we arrived we were advised 'card only' - not in a particularly pleasant way. I've no problem with card only, but there are more agreeable ways of pointing this out, rather than by sullen intruction.
2) When we placed our order three small bowls were placed in front of us - with absolutely no explanation of what they were for. Fortunately our grandchildren, who had been before, knew.
3) I had no idea of the salad bar until we got the menu back to order a sweet and spotted it on the menu - too late then. The server really should have pointed this out when our meals arrived.
4) Our grandchildren asked for colouring stuff, they were told it would be delivered to our table - it didn't arrive.
5) Your staff really need to make more of an effort to attend to their customers - and to smile. The restaurant wasn't at all busy, there were plenty of staff available - I'd suggest they spend a LITTLE more time interacting with their customers rather than one another.
This wasn't a pleasant first experience of Pizza Hut for me and my wife - although to be fair our grandchildren, aged 5, 7, and 9, enjoyed it.
FYI: Your 'Reason for contact' field doesn't offer an appropriate reason for my complaint - it doen't address my complaint.

I have eaten at Pizza Hut for many decades & ordered Pizza Hut takeout. £28 for 1 veg pizza is extremely overpriced. Sadly I refuse to pay this & although I will miss eating here I’m not prepared to pay the price 😕

I choose here over domino's as the children like mac n cheese. Order arrived with rolo cookies and NO ice cream after the website states 'free ice cream included' I phoned and the manager at Huddersfield Wakefield road Kinjal Raval she called me a liar and said for 7.99 it doesn't include ice cream so therefor they are misleading customers with their false advertising and wouldn't refund me either said if I want it I can go collect one after I had already paid for delivery! I've unsubscribed and will not be ordering ever again. Disgusting service and below parr food.

I ordered online for collection and was quite disappointed as the pizza was stone cold and hardly much toppings very tight I must say I got one on Wednesday and was really nice and hot really enjoyed it but today it was awful not sure be going back soon

I ordered a pizza from deliveroo from pizza hut. 18.99 plus delivery charge and I received a tiny 4 slice pizza which states serves 2 people. I wish I could also post a picture I am amazed this is NOT a mistake as the staff at the restaurant said that the order is correct. What a SCAM

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Pizza Hut delivery Cheltenham. Will never be ordering from them again and highly advise avoiding them.

Decided to order after having a very long day. Garlic bread arrived dry and burnt and pizza looked like the toppings were just chucked on as they just easily fell off. Called up to let them know as I wasn’t satisfied and the lady I spoke to (Paulina) had offered to send me replacements as a courtesy. Didn’t think anything of it so agreed.

Worst decision ever. Driver arrived with food about 30-40 mins later but started demanding to see the pizza box and the pizza - never had such a request before. He seemed really agitated, raising his voice at us. We explained the box is in the bin and pizza had been eaten as all of us as a family had not eaten all day - we’d paid for the pizza and wasn’t even expecting a replacement until we were offered, neither were we told on the phone that they needed to see physical proof. I did however, take photos just in case (glad I did), however he wanted nothing to do with it. Instead, started yelling and shouting even more accusing us of being ‘liars’ and not ‘honest customers’ without even knowing the full story. Explained that we weren’t told anything on the phone regarding ’proof’ - his response: ‘I don’t care this is my personal opinion, not my boss’, not anyone else’s, just mine, I make the decisions’ …. Who are you to be speaking to me like this?

I don’t understand why? If the manager was not asking for proof then why was he making such a big deal? I understand if it’s due to people misusing the service but I genuinely had taken pictures as proof which he refused to look at and was refusing to listen to what I had to say, but at the same time I’ve never had any service person demand to look at my ordered food for them to judge whether I deserve it and if I’m being ‘honest’ enough as well as being shouted at. We’ve not even touched the replacement food since it’s been delivered as we’ve just been left traumatised after this whole incident.

Clearly this has shaken me up and really upset me and my family. Had we known this was the kind of customer service they provide, I would have never called up, let alone even ordered in the first place. They have no respect for others. Imagine someone could have been having a really bad day to then be delivered with this kind of attitude?

The delivery guy in question was an older male roughly in their 50’s with grey hair and grey beard, medium build/average height and of European decent (potentially polish?) - just to put this out there.

This has to be the worst Hut! I will not be ordering from here again. Their service is appalling, took my money and then cancelled the order and then had to wait for it to be refunded back to my account. So I had a family with no food and no money to order anything else! Thanks Pizza Hut! And the customer care team are no better either!

Eastleigh Wells place you still owe me the £49 you stole from me been almost 3 weeks now, I will not let this go I have already contacted trading standards and will continue till my money is returned you are on notice, absolutely disgusting thieves

Broadway Peterborough Pizza Hut Delivery Centre poor quality pizza and rudeness when called

The pizzza delivered was with very poor quality with base very thick for crust pizza.The stuffed crust cheese inside was very chewy as rubber.
When called to local pizza delivery place to report it the person was very very rude. He was not listening the complaint. Then he was not accepting & counter arguing that, how come it is chewy? He said we are busy and it will take longer than hour to send driver to come and collect poor quality pizza. It was very rude treatment and embarrassment in front my guests. He hanged up phone on me saying I am busy. No issue resolved or addressed at all. His treatment to me was very rude & He was not bothered at allabout his mistake.
Pizza hut is very good food restaurant chain and I haven’t had such a bad experience. I usually visit pizza hut restaurants and good experience as far as quality is concern. This ocassion while guest visited I ordered it from the Peterborough Broadway delivery centre where faced above issue.

Pizza delivered late and stone cold.
Customer service uninterested and refused a refund and stated they would look into training and offered a goodwill gesture.

Will ot order again and by judging their reviews on here I hope they improve or will soon go bust.

No wonder the restaurant in Bolton has closed and now a Greggs.

I will use Dominoes from now on.
