Ordered a New Yorker pepperoni pizza at the Churchill Rd Weston super Mare store. Pizza was inedible, completely saturated in excess oil to the point where the base was sodden. Made a complaint to customer care to receive a response basically fobbing me off. I have eaten many a New Yorker pepperoni pizzas in the past from other establishments and they were of much nicer quality. Clearly management don't care about it's products and customer satisfaction. I will be avoiding Pizza Hut in future and just sticking to it's superior competitor Dominos.

Yep, stone cold delivery, I should have read these reviews first. I can’t be bothered to complain as you can’t contact anyone directly. So I won’t use them again and I will leave a poor review!

Ordered a pizza, but it arrived cold and with the wrong toppings. Very, very dissatisfied.

Poor quality food. Just as many others have said, there’s just no quality. Food wasn’t even prepared at the collection time. And the toppings were so skanky with hardly any cheese and ONE piece of pepperoni pierce slice of pizza despite ordering extra pepperoni. Customer service was absolutely pathetic.

Love pizza hut pizzas but why do they advertise everywhere that first order with the app there's a free pizza. my wife and I both downloaded the app the offer is just not there and yet the adverts are everywhere.

Ordered meal deal pizzahut for collection at 13:30. App said collect by 13:45 arrives at store 13:43 and the store was shut. No lights, no ovens working nothing so I went home without my meal deal.

Got a call one hours later to say my pizza was ready. I tied to ask why they were shut and just told pizza is ready now and had been for almost an hour.

Who wants a 1 hour stale old pizza? No offer to recook it no offer to refund me just told to collect now.

Worse still when I complained to HQ was told they called you and you never collected so no refund. Won’t discuss why store was closed or why I wasn’t offered a fresh pizza.

We received two undercooked pizzas. It was very sickly. As much as we do not like to waste food, this was inedible.
This has happened twice now.
We tried calling the store twice, and could not get through.

Our order took over an hour to reach us, yet it was under cooked?

We have lost total trust in this company now, and we will not be spending any more of money for poor quality food

I was very hungry but when I tried to get it delivered I was told I had to pay a certain pric. I kind of understood this policy but when I added my parents points and got a free pizza it didn’t count. Another child gone hungry. SHAME.

Awful. Had to wait 40 mins to order, another 40 for the pizza, pizza was disgusting, as was the service, salad bar near empty, staff couldn’t wait to get rid of you, asked if we wanted the bill and we were still eating! Messy tables not cleared, a total rip off and never again. Pizza Hut do better, all these 1 star reviews and you’re not even going to acknowledge the customers, you could really do with closing down, dominoes Isle of Wight all the way, better pizza, better prices, better toppings. Pizza Hut, call it a day, you’re just awful. Hideous

Went to Bristol for my birthday today and all pizzas are absolutely smothered in garlic. It’s so bad that I’m writing the review from the restaurant. New strategy to stop people eating more than a slice or two of anything? My child is also picky and it’s horrible. No mention of garlic on the Pizza Hut website. Certain bites are like having whole cloves of garlic in your mouth and that’s not hyperbole! Disgusting. What a waste of money and so disappointing for a birthday “treat”. Total joke.

Seats are also caked in grease and the floor plastered in food. I don’t expect fine dining but I do expect better than this.

West Croydon Pizza hut.

I ordered a barbecue base with chicken and vegetables and got something that looks like it came out of a super lmarkets basis range and it cost me £24.99 for that pizza and a vegetable sizzler.

No chicken and no vegetables on the so called bbq chicken.

They should be ashamed of themselves!

My wife and I had one half and half pizza, an apple juice and one machine drink …£46 !!!! Outrageous ! While we were eating I saw the Manager throw 8 almost full pizzas into the bin from the buffet…. No wonders our food was so expensive, much prefer Dominos pizza, to much tomato paste and lacked in flavour

Abhorrent service from their customer service/complaints department.

Was given a pizza that was incorrectly made by their Southampton store. Literally could have killed someone but luckily they didn't eat any.

I called the store and to their credit, they promised to make it right and still managed to screw it up the second time.

Contacted complaints and the main office and let me tell you that if you ever have the misfortune of dealing with elynor or richard, then book a spa day after.. you'll need it after dealing with their incompetence... Told directly and clearly with no way to miscommunicate that I wanted a refund. Instead, they've decided to add twelve slices to my account. Slices that have a value of £100... They clearly think people are as stupid as they are... if we can only get a pizza with it worth £12 then it ain't worth £100. Argumentative when challenged on this point and still refused a refund.

Now ive gone to the bank for a chargeback. And. Actually will be seeking further advice about their practices. Or should I say malpractices.... disgusting services. Basic daylight robbery. At best incompetence, at worst a blatant disregard for human life.

Congratulations richard and elynor on being so bad at customer service you've made the whole company look like they're OK with mistakes that could kill.

I was shocked when a Pizza Hut delivery driver hit my brand new car and then fled the scene. When I managed to catch up with him, he became aggressive and even exposed himself. This is completely unacceptable behavior. It’s appalling that Pizza Hut employs such disrespectful and unprofessional staff to represent their company.

Ordered the New Yorker margarita pizza for £23.99 which promised lots of mozzarella. What turned up was brown, bland, cheeseless and tasteless. For the first time ever I binned it. I contacted customer services who refuse point blank to refund me. Instead offering first a £25 voucher then a £30 voucher. I explained repeatedly I do not want vouchers. I want my £23.99 refunded. Had Pizza Hut dealt with my complaint correctly they would have kept me as a customer. I have eaten in their restaurants and online, the former for over 30 years) but they have lost my custom now. Wish I could upload photos to show what I paid for and what I actually got.

pizza hut on St. Budeaux (PLYMOUTH, DEVON ) is the worst pizzeria in Plymouth, very little cheese, tomato sauce like water, the pizza is wet and tasteless, and it was cold, the worst money spent, I do not recommend it at all

Unfortunately I’m housebound due to illness for now. So, after a rough day of treatment left me too shaky to cook I thought I’d treat myself to a Pizza Hut pizza delivered by deliveroo.
The delivery was great. Prompt, well organised, precise tracking system, helpful driver.
But… the first of the two pizzas I ordered was frankly vile. The topping had no real flavour and what there was bore no relationship to the description or appearance. The base was covered in what seemed to be cereal grit, barely cooked and had an unpleasant doughy texture and flavour.
It was so bad it was difficult to imagine it was accidental, it must take real effort and skill to produce something so revolting!
Needless to say, I only ate a bit of the first one and disposed of the second revolting floppy disc of excrement in the most appropriate way, I posted it into a dog poo bin.
Come on Pizza Hut I know you can do better, easily, if fact I don’t think you could do worse!
So, my advice to potential customers, give a miss. In fact run a mile!

Went for a meal one night, ordered pizza and sides. While eating the pizza ended up with long hair in my mouth!! Not long after that saw a rat run past the window which put me off my food. Pizza Hut have lost me and my partner as customers.

We went to Stratford on a persons birthday and were really glad, the manager Jake really made sure that we enjoyed our time and whenever we can go that way again - we would definately go back. He asked people what they would like on buffet when more pizzas needing going in (out of ones they offer on buffet) and lots of cheesy garlic bread (my wifes favourite!). Lovely chap and place.

Ordered pizza tonight, it was so disappointing , really bland considering I had pepperoni, mushroom,peppers and red onion, the base of sourdough was just manufactured and definitely not freshly rolled, sad to say this but I’ve had better frozen pizza, really put me off ordering pizza, just glad it was 50% off deal.
