I was in the hospital when my mattress was delivered. My daughter was there to give them instructions. She said the deliver persons acted in an exceptionally helpful way.
Does not deliver what they promise
On the Velivery website it says: 'Delivery time Belgium 2-3 working days'. 10 days later the delivery was made; unfortunately this was our first vacation day so we were not at home. The package was dumped in front of the door, where it stood for 2 weeks until we returned. All products had to be discarded. I contacted Customer Service and all I got (after sending reminders) were unhelpful and unfriendly responses. I asked to change the delivery times on their website to provide customer with an honest expectation, but no response to that as well. No more Velivery for me.

They kept us updated when they would be arriving. To be able to change the day of the delivery was a bonus
The two men Nathan and Andy both carried the bed upstairs without any hesitation too they were only too pleased to help.
Also they phoned 15mins before to tell us they were be arriving.

First and last with Delivery.com
This was my first experience with Delivery.com and it will definitely be my last. I placed an order as I have been under the weather and needed to eat to take medication, when I placed order it said food would be delivered in 45-60 minutes. 63 minutes later the order had not even been processed at restaurant. When I called Delicery.com, they kept me on the phone for 35 minutes and proceeded to tell me the food would now be delivered in 30 minutes. I said no thank you, refund my money and cancel the order since you didn't deliver the committed time the order was made under. They refused. They wanted to give me "points" to use in the future opposed to refunding my money and I saps no I'm never coming back, this is insane! Asked to soak to the manager, Gary, and that was a bigger joke with Gary telling me I need to give the driver specific instructions on refusing the delivery once it gets to my house. I said not my job again this is insane they work for you, not me. Gary still refused to manage the situation. I will NEVER use delivery.com again. Horrible horrible service, inability to meet commitment and expects customers to just accept. This is unacceptable.

The service expertly managed an issue where the restaurant closed early. They proactively notified me, knew all the details when I called, and promptly canceled and refunded my order.
The customer comes first!
Delivery.com has completely won me over. Any time there’s been an issue with an order, their customer service has been fast, polite, and actually helpful — which is more than I can say from my experience with Uber Eats and other delivery platforms.
Instead of getting bounced around or ignored, I get real support from people who clearly care about fixing the problem. They respond quickly, take ownership, and offer fair solutions like refunds or credits without making me jump through hoops or repeat myself ten times.
With Uber Eats and similar apps, I often feel like I’m dealing with automated replies and scripted answers. With Delivery.com, it feels like a real team is behind the scenes making sure things are right. Because of that, I now default to Delivery.com first and only use the other apps as a last resort.
If you care about good customer service and not wasting your time back and forth with an AI chatbot getting generic responses then Delivery.com is absolutely the better choice.

The helpful, friendly team brought the items right up to the door. Plenty of updates on delivery time which was really helpful.

40 Minutes Later, sorry your delivery has to be canceled and redone.
I ordered at 10:04 PM. Delivery time stated 11:03PM. At 14:48pm, I received a call from Delivery.vom saying papa John's order had to canceled and reorder from another location. I explained i added address and ordered from restaurant in my zip code. The fact it took them 40min to call lets me know they aren't official for food delivery.
