They are worst big time lier.
I applied for an LLC and EIN all went well when I asked about ITIN they said it takes 4-6 weeks .I paid the full amount (27th Aug 2020) and when today I checked with them they are telling me it takes 14 weeks minimum still on there website it says 4-6 weeks a big fat lie .

Not responding
Everything was fine at the beginning. But we can not get any response to our emails for 4 months after our application for ITIN. No answers to emails, no reply to calls. We made the payments. I even told them that I will share my negative experience online. But they don't care or reply anymore. Last reply was on 5/15. I am not sure if they are dead or sort of a problem regarding Covid exists.

Not only they answered me at least 50 times before I formated the company with them, so when I was not paying them even 1 dollar...
But after they did a 100 star job formating company, registering EIN, open a bank account without visiting USA and shipping the document and mobile phone card in only 3 weeks!
