Ordered a floor lamp for $780 + a "worry-free" insurance policy through Seel for $14.95 on the Dekoor Lighting website. The package and lamp were damaged in shipping. The heavy base and hardware were also missing as there was a huge hole in the end of box. Dekoor refused to file a claim with FedEx, and refused to get the package or refund my money. Seel refused my damage claim also.

Delivery was prompt and the lamp works as described. It's a fine product - nothing exciting, but it gets the job done.

The ceiling light was easy to install, but the finish has a few small flaws. It works well, and for the price, it's a decent light.

This pendant light was simple to hang and gives off a nice, even light. It's a basic design, but it works perfectly for what I needed.

The bedside lamp is usable for reading, though the light is a bit dimmer than I had hoped for.

Total scam, do not buy from this site. PayPal was a total scam too, they will not help you.
The lamp I purchased was completely different than what was pictured on the website… I disputed it and I still ended up paying the full amount and never even received the lamp. PayPal is 1000% to blame, the evidence was very clear and they did nothing. What a terrible greedy, inhuman, low life company.

I loved the first lamp so much that I came back and ordered a second one for the hallway!
