Dr Elina has been fantastic, she listened to my skin concerns and offered a range of options. We planned the phases of each treatment to get the best result, my skin has improved drastically as a result. I am so happy with the progress so far.

I’ve been seeing Dr Arreni for anti-ageing treatments and subtle tweaks for a couple of years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also has that rare ability to make you feel completely safe and cared for. I trust her implicitly.

I've had wonderful treatment with Dr Elina at Define Clinic in Beaconsfield. Dr Elina really listened to me with my skin concerns, but also reassured me with treatments that she knows I don't need. The appointments ran on time and I was never kept waiting. I had 4 points of botox, with a follow up review 3 weeks later, she took her time, was patient and honest. The clinic has free parking, a lovely waiting area and a beautiful architecture in the old town. All the staff i've met have been lovely. Dr Elina is a magician! She takes a measured and considered approach and really took my concerns on board. She advised me to undergo a course of BBL treatments and I am blown away by the results. What I especially appreciate (besides her incredible bedside manner) is that she doesn’t try to oversell or use a one size fits all approach. I came into the define clinic in central London for an assessment as I have generally clear skin but redness that makes me feel insecure and always feel I need to cover my face.
Today I was met by someone called Hayley at reception who straight away was so empathetic, calming and helped me feel that I can get the right solution. I don’t usually like sometimes people are rude and don’t take time to understand what is it I need. From then she booked me in a skin anaylsis with Paris.

The skin analysis was truly humbling but it made me realise what I need to fix. Paris was phenomenal at not only making me feel that it’s fine and we can help you? But any of the percentages that showed such as my pores being high she didn’t make me feel small. For someone w no is insecure I have never felt more confident. I will be booking in for a skin chemical peel.

I will be coming back. You need to ask for them when you come in.

Finding the right clinic can be a minefield.

I went to Define and was told to have filler dissolved. I agreed to this and the filler was dissolved aggressively with cannula with no help from ultrasound to pinpoint where it was. I have been left with a hanging ridge under one eye where my tissue has been damaged. Now looking at a lower bleph. Thank you Define!
I would urge anyone considering dissolving to go somewhere where they dissolve carefully and gently, pinpointing areas with guidance from ultrasound.
