4Star or 5Star you decide.

I wanted to give 4star bc their delivery is ridiculously FAST lol, order Wednesday night and got it delivered Friday morning,

Solid quality, both item are exactly shown on there website, but one of them had a tiny bit(wood) missing which is down the bottom and not visible so it doesn’t bother me, but I'm sure they would’ve resolved it, if i were to contacted them

Con: their website is very laggy, bit frustrating

I discovered Decortie through another…

I discovered Decortie through another vendor, originally purchasing the gora Sideboard. As I was so impressed with everything, I came to Decortie to see what I could incorporate as a vinyl table, settling on this peice and again, decortie has delivered. 100% recommend. Thank you, again.

Damaged item issue

Ordered a plant display stand from The Range the item was supplied by Decortie.

On delivery the box was damaged and the wood inside the box is covered in unsightly water marks that do not come off.

I have contacted The Range whe passed the details on with the some of the photographs which caused an issue.

Decortie have come back and said they can't see any damage. Which is clearly there to see.
It has taken since 03.02.25 for the companies involved to sort out the refund. Communication and assistance from The Range was poor.
My refund is now pending.

Decortie have asked me to update the review as they have done everything they can.

The Range have not even acknowledged that there has been any issues apart not even the ones they have created.

Decortie handled my complaint swiftly arranged a refund and let me keep the item.

Very easy to put together

This bedside unit is just as shown, nice and solid and very easy to put together. Only giving 4 stars because I was not kept informed of delivery at all and I found it by accident behind a rose bush in my front garden so I have no idea how long it had been there as I don’t use my front door!

Tv unit &sideboard

Ordered a tv unit first well what can I say the quality is great looks very expensive for the price had lots of lovely compliments,arrived quick ,so impressed then ordered a sideboard and that was just as great and looks great in living room together thanks ,would highly recommend furniture and company,

Excellent communication throughout and when only part of the order arrived they reacted quickly to resolve. So happy with this quality furniture. Excellent products and service.

Great product and service

I ordered the Chester Hall Stand Shoe Rack. Price was better than elsewhere and came with free delivery. Arrived very quickly, 2 days after placing the order, and packaging was robust. Product is just as described and it looks great. Just follow the instructions, as sometimes I got carried away, didn't check properly and had to go back few times to adjust things. Assembly itself to me was easy and straightforward with the instructions. Easily recommended.

Stay well clear of this company

I have been told to go chat to b&q, so basically they have washed their hands with it,

Under no circumstances would.i recommend this company to anyone!
I ordered a bookcase via the b&q website after a while I recieved an email telling me my item would be delivered but it never turned up so I emailed decortie and I was told they would reschedule. I recieved an email telling me my item would be delivered at a time (I recieved this email about an hour before they turned up) unfortunately at the time of delivery I was away and no one was in. A few mins after the delivery email I recieved another email telling me that there was a problem with delivery and it would be rescheduled, at this time I was watching the delivery men outside my house, they got out of the van looked in the back of it for a few mins then drove off, clearly my item hadn't been loaded onto the van.

I emailed the company and sent them the video of the ridiculous event, they told me they would reschedule AGAIN and
Again while I was out I get the same emails saying they'd deliver at a certain time which was a few mins before they turned up but again I wasn't in so what did they do this time?? They sent a pic of my front door saying they had placed my item.in MY safe place, I don't have a safe place and neither have I ever discussed a safe place with them!! Needless to say on my arrival home there was no item left anywhere so they either didn't leave one or it was stolen and I'm more Inclined to believe they didn't leave it.
Now the company are ignoring my emails.

Please please never use this company

I WASNT GOING TO DO THIS BUT SEEN AS THE COMPANY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME OUT TO BE A LIAR AND A BAD PERSON HERE GOES.
THE COMPANY PAID ME TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN AND (I TOOK THIER MONEY) WHEN I DIDNT THEY TRIED TWICE TO HAVE TRUSTPILOT DO IT AND FAILED BOTH TIMES!!
IF TRUSTPILOT DONT BELIEVE ME AND NEED TO SEE PROOF I HAVE THE EMAILS

You initially reached out to us on 30/10/2024, reporting that the item had not arrived. Upon receiving your message, we immediately began investigating the matter and confirmed that there had been an issue with the delivery.
To resolve this situation, we promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent and offered you a discount as a goodwill gesture, which was communicated to you in our emails.

Regarding your concerns about tracking information being shared shortly before delivery, we confirm that the tracking details were provided well in advance (on 05/11/2024) while the item was still in our warehouse, ensuring you had sufficient notice.

Regarding the delivery attempt:

You provided us with videos and images indicating that the item was not delivered as expected. After verifying this, we immediately contacted XDP and arranged for a re-delivery.

For subsequent attempts, a notification was sent prior to delivery, and as per the delivery service’s report, the item was left at a "safe place" at your address. While we understand your concern that no safe place was discussed or authorized, this practice aligns with the courier’s procedure in the absence of recipients.

When you informed us that the item was missing, we requested footage—similar to the videos you had previously shared—to help determine where the item might have gone. However, you informed us that your camera was under maintenance at that time. Despite this, we took the initiative to process your refund as part of our commitment to resolving the issue fairly.

We have always strived to address your concerns promptly and transparently, with a response time well within our 24-hour policy. The claims that we ignored your emails or did not attempt to resolve the matter are inaccurate.

We value all our customers and deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we stand by our efforts to provide timely resolutions and our commitment to fairness and transparency.

It was just the unit we wanted.

It was just what we wanted. Last one , but delivered quickly and we’ve had cause to contact customer service and they were prompt and helpful. Not put it together yet but we chase been assured of any help or guidance we may need will be forthcoming , however long it takes. Very impressed.

Absolutely pleased with Decortie furniture!!

I furnished my living room with Decortie furniture (tv stand, coffee table, side table and 2 bookshelves) and I am absolutely in love with the end result! The products arrived very well packaged and the instructions are super clear and easy to follow so I actually enjoyed the assembly process as it feels like a lego for grown ups (I'm not great at DIY but managed to assemble everything on my own without too much trouble). Great quality overall which gives a very modern touch to any space so I would definitely recommend Decortie furniture 👌🏽
