Deborah puts a lot of thought and effort into her classes. There is such a variety, you can work your whole body and they cater for every taste. Deborah will always give options depending on what level you are. You can take part in live classes or just catch up when convenient. If you ask for advice Deborah is always supportive and will happily respond. I love Deborah’s classes, you couldn’t ask for a better teacher.

I’ve been taking part in Deborah’s classes for many years, both in a gym environment, but more recently on-line
Deborah teaches her classes with great enthusiasm & professionalism. Her extensive knowledge & experience is portrayed throughout all her classes constantly giving options so that her clients (of all abilities) are able to enjoy the classes to the best of ‘their’ abilities.
I try to join live classes when I can, but as I work part-time, I can log into any of Deborah’s many varied workouts, at a time that suits me.
I can highly recommend Deborah’s workouts. Just give them a go!! 👍

Absolutely love Deborah’s Fitness Heroes. Such a wide variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness. Live classes or catch-up at your own convenience. Deborah has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience. She is enthusiastic, passionate and motivating in every class she delivers.
I really enjoy strength and conditioning, band workouts, circuits and Pilates… and the stretch and release, the foam roller, actually the list goes on…
Everyday I do a class and I feel great for doing so.

Deborah is a great teacher giving clear instructions whilst demonstrating the moves. She offers a wide variety of classes constantly updating workouts , (including a class to help prevent osteoporosis) which are available to join live or do at a time that works for you. Definitely worth a try.

Great organisation and attention to detail was amazing from start to finish. As soon as you signed up you were kept up to date by email letting you now the schedule, activities and what to take.
The retreat had everything you needed; pool, hot tub, sauna and open fires for cooler nights.
The classes provided by Deborah and Karen was at a level that everyone can take part in (if you wished). Food was amazing.
Definitely recommend. We all need to take a few days out to do this.

I can’t recommend Deborah’s classes enough. There is such variety to choose from whether it is Pilates, Strength and Weights to HIIT. There is something for everyone and every level of fitness.
Deborah is a fabulous instructor, always giving great teaching points for all levels and is constantly encouraging us.

I've been doing Deborah's fitness classes since lockdown and it's just excellent. I love the huge range of classes on offer, some much more accessible to me than others, and her style of teaching is so encouraging and motivating, I just can't fail to make an effort to do my best. It's now my 'go-to' for fitness classes, whether that's pilates, strength and weights, cardio, whatever the focus it's all reliably inspiring. The options she gives during all the classes are really helpful to me, and it's easy to contact directly her with any particular queries. It's just so easy to exercise at home, at my preferred time, catch up on a class I've missed - whatever, it's all there for me whenever and wherever I choose. I'd highly recommend her classes to anyone, whatever their level of fitness, or goals.

Absolutely love Deborah’s classes, which I have been doing since lockdown when she recorded them from her garden!! Classes are for all levels & available any time either live which are great fun or pre-recorded. Deborah’s wealth of knowledge & sunny nature is evident in all her classes & I would recommend becoming one of her fitness heroes 😀

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful country retreat in the depths of Dorset. The location is stunning and the facilities second to none.
The pilates and yoga classes were excellently taught by Deborah and Karen who between them made the the experience fun, challenging and restorative.
When you are not working out in the beautiful studio, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy including swimming in the indoor pool, hot tub/sauna and, of course, walking in the beautiful countryside.
Thank you Deborah and team for organising such a fabulous long weekend with a lovely group of people.

I have been part of Deborah’s fitness journey for almost 30 years.
It was her wonderful initiative in lockdown to still enable us to exercise on a daily basis and Deborah’s Fitness Heroes was started. Exercising from home is perfect. Her classes cover everything for fitness training at levels to suit you and your lifestyle. Her gentle encouragement and what seems like a one-to-one experience is fantastic.
Her live classes are such great fun and you can take part wherever you are, in your home or on holiday-which we all like to do!! Joining in the banter on the live Facebook classes is great fun too.
Deborah’s cheerful personality will make you want to exercise and enjoy the feeling that exercise gives you.
For me she is Simply the Best.

Beautiful scenic setting. Tucked away, quiet and peaceful. Luxuriously fitted rooms and facilities. Spacious studio a mere stroll from the house. Marvellous dry heat saunas and easy to use hot tubs.

I love Deborah’s classes. There is amazing variety & she is a consummate professional. Her teaching is amazing with options always provided for every level. The classes are available whenever & wherever you want them - including on hols 😆. It’s just so flexible & fun. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Deborah’s online fitness classes are brilliant!! I feel really motivated to join in to the amazing variety of classes on offer, there is something to suit how I’m feeling every day - either live or on catch up. Deborah always gives lots of options and levels and explains the areas we are exercising! She will support us personally via email if we have injuries or concerns. Deborah is wonderful!

I highly recommend Deborah’s Fitness classes, I’ve been a member for a couple of years and years ago I used to go to her classes at David Lloyds.
She’s a great teacher and it really helps that she does all the exercises with you, as you can mirror her moves.
Deborah is always upbeat and professional but at the same time fun and very caring about all her students.
I do her Pilates, Flexi-Stretch and few other of her Live classes but if I can’t make the timings, everything is recorded so available whenever I want to watch them. So there’s no excuse !

Deborah's fitness heroes seems to provide a complete spectrum of fitness videos that I can participate in Live or on replay whenever I want. I've done a pilates class or two and a couple of other strength oriented sessions. Each class is a unique experience - it doesn't seem like any of them are a repetition of the same exercises - always a mix and match to keep things interesting.

I have been a member of Deborah’s fitness heroes for 2 years and love the variety of classes and Deborah’s cheerful encouragement and motivation. The classes cover all levels of fitness/ experince and I can workout from home at a time that suits me or join in the live lessons.
