Ik ben teleurgesteld

Ik ben teleurgesteld. Bestelde een paar keren op Dealz Dive Store, maar dit was een flop. De levering was traag, en het product was niet zoals op de foto. Geen garantie, geen garantie. Ik ga er niet nog een keer naar terugkeren.

Placed an order that never arrived

I placed an order over a month ago and have been told multiple times that the shipment has arrived to the post office when it has not. The post office is in my home town and we know everyone that works there the package never arrived. The “support” staff just keeps saying it has arrived according to their records and to ask the post office. Bottom line the package never arrived and the so called support staff is absolutely no help.

I placed an order on May 1, 2026 and I have not received my order. Can’t get any information on my order. It’s very frustrating, paying for something and not receiving information or product. Very disappointed.

PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING QUESTIONABLE

Shipping time lengthier than I'd like. Product came slightly crushed due to shipping handling but that can be expected. The product wasn't working properly due to the rough handling in shipping but I was able to get it to work after some tweaking. Advise bubble wrapping for shipping to avoid damage in future.

Not impressed.

Haven't learned how to make it stick to my dash without using the included pad. It will not stick on its own. I'm not sure I want to use the adhesive backed pad on my dash. Not very impressed. Would not recommend at this point.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. For this holder, you do need to use the included dashboard pad for a secure grip, especially on textured or curved dashboards.
The pad is designed to be removable and should not leave residue when removed properly. We also mention on our website that the dashboard pad should be used for best results.
Please try installing it with the pad, and if you still face any issue, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

WARNING!!!

I ordered the steel cloths and it did not work at all! I contacted them to cancel this, and they wanted a video in order to cancel it and don't even know how I got on a monthly subcription. I just rec'd notice from c card of being charged again. This makes me so mad! I can not send a video and they ignore my emails. And every time I try to open their website, my Security goes on my computer! I have no other alternative but to cancel my credit care and get a new card again! Because of sites like this!!!

Your subscription has already been canceled, so you will not be charged for any future subscription orders. When the subscription was originally purchased, a confirmation email was sent with the subscription details, and another email was sent before/when the next subscription order was processed.
We understand there may have been confusion, but the subscription details and management options were provided by email. Regarding the video request, this was only requested so our team could better understand the product issue and review it properly — not to make the cancellation difficult.

I ordered product through PayPal

I ordered product through PayPal, I NEVER RECEIVED IT, after filing with PayPal my claim was denied due to this Sh*t company said they had delivered and gave a bogus tracking number, and PayPal believed that Company. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I to only gave a one star due no ZEROS were available. Very pissed customer.

Ordered on February 12 its now March 13…

Ordered on February 12 its now March 13 still hasn't arrived. Their stuff ship's from China, must be on the slow boat. Finally got an email after asking when it will ship. Won't get another dime from me.

It's a SCAM !!!!! DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

It received 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero stars. This company allows you make an order includes postage charges your card then sends the items under a fraudulently produce postage label then the postage won't deliver until you pay the postage that they should have paid. In my case the postage was comparable to the cost of the items I ordered. I am frustrated because they don't respond to emails and I want a refund of my money. Ordered 1/25/26, received letter from USPS on 2/9/26.
After sending an email stating they were going refund my order and the additional postage, they only refunded the order amount.
