DealMates were great but the courier service they use (Aramex) was not
DealMates were great - I paid for my orders and they shipped them the next day on 24th September. The problem is, they use Aramex Couriers so three weeks after my purchase I still hadn't received my orders. After many phone calls and emails to Aramex, I finally received my deliveries on 26th October - over one month after DealMates shipped them to me. Turns out my two boxes were sitting in the Aramex warehouse at Chullora all that time. They tried to use COVID lockdowns as an excuse but I was also purchasing at the same time from companies in Victoria and received my goods here in Sydney within five days. Although the delivery delays are not DealMates fault, their choice of courier is. If you are happy to wait over a month to receive your orders then definitely purchase from DealMates.

Easy to purchase online
Easy to purchase online. $$ Great price $$. Quick postage and now I have a new makeup box which keeps all my makeup clean, neat and tidy. Plus it's see through and I can get what I need straight away. Also, I love how it comes in three individual stacks. Plus, if I have guests over, I can just put it in my Linen Press out of the way. Love it, I'll definitely shop online with DealMates again.
