Horrible when it comes to transferring shares to broker. Litterally the most pathetic organization I have ever dealt with.
Zero customer service
Hard to find a phone number
They take up to 5 days to respond.
It's been 3 weeks since my broker Charles Schwab requested the transfer.
Time is money DO NOT USE thos horrific organization
To buy or transfer shares.
