I had to request a full refund as i wasn't able to book anything. And of course by the time they let me know the fares had gone up and I had to pay more to re-book. VERY frustrating. AND I'm still waiting on the refund.....

my friend bought vouchers for all of us and we got our tickets from dealber.com and they sent them in about a week. it seemed too long at first but we got them and we're excited for our trip. thanks

I was confused when i read other reviews as, to begin with , we have to admit the offers are unique-come on $189 for all round-trip flights?- and the services left me without any doubt.Customer Support answered my call immediately and talked to two different agents-can not remember names- and the were sooooo helpful and polite.I just think people should read and ask before buy-this is the way I do.Found the flight I wanted for October JFK-LAX by Delta.Appreciate the offer and the services!Definitely buy again!

I purchased flight coupons for flights in the United States. The normal process explains it takes at least 72 hours for vouchers to be issued. Never received them even after I emailed to check on what was going on. I received a reply saying they were overwhelmed with purchases but we're working on it, I'm guessing just to buy them some time. Finally, two months later, I received an email that they could not process my request (even after they received my money) and said the best way to get my money back was to dispute the charges with the bank/cc I paid with. Are you kidding me?! That's completely rediculous! I will never do business with this company ever again, and will recommend that anyone else goes somewhere else. Don't give this company the time of day!

The website is not user friendly and Tickets were not available originally when I kept looking for my destinations even though my dates were flexible. Phone was never answered but when I Emailed, staff were quick to respond and helped me in booking my tickets. Booking office was also very accomodating in getting three of us on the same flight even though one reservation was booked later through the site. All three of us have our booking confirmations finally. Friendly staff, I dont think there are enough of them for the workload, I was worried this was a scam at first when I read the reviews, but I got my tickets! Just took patience. Originally got the deal for Delta Airlines but we were booked on sun country.

Purchased cuopon weeks ago sent my flight information and have heard nothing. Have sent three emails and only get "we will review your request". Unacceptable service and I regret purchasing your coupon. I cannot make any final plans to attend a reunion witch is a few weeks away. Customer service is dismal with no option to speak with someone.

They weren't able to get me my deal and now we'll see if I can get my refund! After going back and forth several times; they sent me an email saying they couldn't get the deal they promised and that I should apply for a refund. I must say that they were good at corresponding with me. I'm very sorry the deal didn't go through.

I guess I can just chock this up as a loss. I spent several weeks, days, and hours trying to find any flights to anywhere with no luck. I'll just report the fraud to the I.G. and the BBB and if nothing else I learned a lesson not to trust no name travel agencies.

If you think it is too good to be true, it is! I wasted $189 thinking I was getting a good deal and I can never find flights on the days I want nor in or out of the airports I want. It was a complete waste of money and I will not purchase again!

I tried to book my first coupon and found a flight from Seattle to San Diego, while waiting for expected e-tickets, I tried to find flights from Seattle to N Carolina, any airport on any day, coming up with no flights listed for my second and third coupons. I was first told that my despite their best efforts, they were unable to proceed with my bookings and gave me the refund information. Upon asking about the first coupon that I had found a flight to redeem with, I was told that because I had purchased the three coupons at the same time, they could not proceed with that booking either and I should request a refund for all three coupons purchased. Their advertising is false and I would strongly urge anyone not to purchase their coupons.

This is a Very Bad Company. I don't have a lot of money because I am disable and am on a fixed income. They said they could get tickets for $189.00 round trip through Delta Airlines. My Daughter lost a child in May of last year after carrying it the hole 9 months and I didn't get to be there for her and this May she is having another baby. I paid for the ticket in March and now (today) they are saying they couldn't get the ticket like they promised. I am so heart broken because of Dealber. I just hope know one else has to feel this heart break like I am feeling right now because of Dealber.

I can not get a hold of you by phone I can't understand the message you have left for callers to get ahold of you I'm afraid that I may have just lost $200 because I can not book my flight as I was guaranteed. Please call me immediately at 949 374 9646 USA.

Spent money on a coupon that i cannot use. After several calls and emails the problem has not been solved. By now my flight is not available.

Unfortunately, as I know you all will work "passionately" to improve your service, I won't be able to see those improvements and I will do all I can to ensure my closest of friends and family don't either. This experience has been haphazard and irritating to say the least. I know that I am not the most lucrative customer, but with this being my first and last experience, we really won't know what my currency contribution to the success of dealber will be.

-It was far too difficult to get my reservation submitted with dealber
-When I made my purchase, paid for my purchace promptly, nor when I called in to place the reservation was anything said about my deal being in jeopardy
-I was placed on extended hold periods multiple times to later be disconnected without notice
-Had to call back for 2 days to speak with a supervisor about my issue
-My issue was not resolved and has cost me Hundreds of dollars in lost reservations and cancellations
-I purchased and utilized my deal within the given parameters and was met with very nice representatives but bad service

I won't be back.

I purchased a travel voucher for airlines. When purchased it said easy to use anytime pending on availability. It did not say you can only book on Dealber and that availability is limited. Customer service only available 9-1 Monday-Friday and they can not call you back.
I am appalled at how this company is run and its advertisement is not true. I am fighting for a refund now. I suggest never to purchase a deal from DEALBER.

Have tried at least 6 times to enter website and get access to listing. Very hard to edit entries to make new entries. Unclear focus and explanation of site navigation

TOTAL SCAM...AFTER MONTHS OF RUN AROUND I FIND I CANNOT REVERSE CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM AS FRAUD HOWEVER. NO REFUND EVER AS PROMISED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I signed up and purchased two vouchers for discounted air travel. After multiple attempts to use the vouches and many emails, I was finally successful in booking two plane tickets. That was a month ago. Unfortunately, my E tickets have never arrived. I have now run out of time and cancelled my purchase. I am hoping they will refund my $72 voucher cost as I doubt I will ever be able to redeem these vouchers for actual tickets. I am very disappointed as this would be an awesome service if it actually worked.

It is now May 2, 2016 and my promised refund has not appeared in my credit card account. This is after multiple messages to and from this company. I advise blocking emails and avoid at all costs. Seriously bad service. If this is a legitimate company, it is very poorly run. It mostly seems to be a scam.

Of course if I receive my refund, I will edit my review.

I am not going to contact my credit card company and hope they will remove the charges from my account, although Dealber has strung me along for such a long time, I might be too long out for that to happen.
