There is an issue with the app that I've been having with for over 3 weeks, it will not turn on the camera.I have called in and I've talked to 2 people.If anybody else is having this issue, please call in.By uninstall and re reinstalling the app does not do nothing the software is up to date updated

Rudest most despicable dishonest useless do littles charading as csr...argued that serial number on bottom of aosu cams in no way would identify the model! Multiple times he gave the lamest excuses for why sn was not used to identify a specefic model,bah! Aosu is ashamed of thier cams obviously as no model # is shown anywhere..not on box either! Whoever I chatted with was either clueless and/or spiteful and unable and unwilling to answer my one very simple question re time lapse between when motion is detected and actual videoing captures it. This is generic inquiry one might think an employee at a company who just sells security cams would know off top. Not! He starts asking nonrelated questions and wanting screenshots that I was unable to provide. So he tells me again the sn is of no use thus no way to get me an answer.So asked pointedly why he had requested a number if was useless? Research bla bla..but never to id models. He would need the screenshot to get my answer. What a joke, and a terrible liar! So he copped an attitude and never gave me an answer.All the runaround I got from him took the place of my exercise that day and the as well!

So I still needed that same question the following day rite, surely I'd not be blessed with this Goober 2 days straight! I ask my question and rigjtaway it was obvious.This time i would let him have enough rope and of course he took the bait. I asked if he help identify my aosu "yes but need that sn..." What good would sn do you assured me just last night Aosu sn would not help in any way to know the model even tho I got the sn off the cam itself! Dead silence, then it was a ringer I was in fact blessed with Goober..as he typed his go to duh question "could you verify just what that means? (Sure.That you are a simple minded notso) I held back but it was obvious!

So I didnt let up and asked why I'd been bald face lied to multiple times when everybody knows sn and models go hand it hand. Clearly the truth is just not in this kid and the alltime worst liar. He assures me that I was wrong and no one had said what I had claimed. Saying he had "made a statement to that chat" whatever that jibberish is. Calling me a liar,and I had no idea what I was saying and multiple weak typical 'juvinile deflections which became laughable. Next he told me to review last nights chat."Gladly I'd love to since obv I owe my apologies to someone and not vice versa..how can I review them? Not sure were this placw was I could view chats was but Goober getting a bit edgy indicated "Where he contracted to me"! Quote unquote..Must be some new site but I was lol! Other places he told me to find the chats were on my right side and tap there,and on this website if I scrolled down then at the bottom and "on the website" generically I guess! I politely informed him I was unable to see any chats in any places he had contracted me to.

Then came the classic Bondi..he asked me to take a screenshot but never replied which screen..clueless! After going on another rant of calling me a liar and other nicities he indicated he had screenshots of last nights chat and none of accusations were in b those chats. I pleaded with him to share his evidence to backup his accusations esp since he was insisting on me reviewing the chats several times minutes earlier..At that he informed me "That they were not required to share chats" and also "Not allowed to provide chats"..So since he opened himself wide open again, I had to ask "Then why would you suggest and advise multiple times in this very chat that i "review" all earlier chats which were contrary to my assertions!?
Vapor locked like an old mopar he was and I'd seen enough and dang sure heard being called a liar and that I had no clue what I was saying, I potty-mouthed my accuser within guidelines before bouncing! By all means if this belligerent despicable juvenile waste of time (cant even justify calling it cs) is how you like a relevant simple question never answered, Aosu is here for you! Truely 1 star is overly generous and deserves the commities consideration to add -(minus) to the rating scale.
This bunch earned a solid-3 easy!

I purchased the Aosu 5MP Wireless Outdoor Doorbell Camera expecting reliable performance, but my experience has been very disappointing.

Camera quality is inconsistent, and motion alerts often don’t work correctly.
3D motion detection triggers false alerts or misses actual activity.
Wi-Fi connection is unstable, even on a strong 2.4/5 GHz network.

Faulty 2 ways communication

The worst part was customer service. I requested an exchange because the unit was faulty, but the company refused to help or offer a replacement. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue were ignored.

Overall, this product fails to deliver as advertised, and the company’s lack of support makes it impossible to recommend.
