This was an interaction because somebody had hacked into my DCU account and did thousands of dollars of fraudulent transfers and ACH charges. I was very stressed over this situation and Tawana did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable. She worked with me to identify all of the fraudulent charges. I have been a member of DCU for more than 20 years and always the customer service calls are a pleasant experience. Their agents have always been clear, respectful, and patient. Today was no different.Sandi C the agent who served me was helpful, patient and respectful. She went beyond fully answering the questions I was calling about, to advising me on how to set up email alerts related to my account. She also explained to me the process of transfering funds from external linked accounts to my DCU account.
