Really enjoy the fact that you can download MP3's and have your soundtrack immediately.

I thought I was buying an accompaniment track, but it wasn't. I guess it's just as much my fault for not reading more carefully.

My order arrived at the normal time. But there are so many songs that I look for that you don't have for some reason. True they are not #1 songs but they are very good songs. They are beautiful songs we would like to get to sing at church.

Tried three times to get a karaoke cd and they still didn’t get me the right one . I wanted old Roma soldier but I was told yesterday that y’all don’t have it in karaoke. I would have liked to have (clinging to a saving hand ) but I all ready have around 12 dollars in this one that’s no good to me. I will order some off amazon, thanks.

Why is it that you charge more for an order /or you don’t honor a discount code placed over the phone to a employee who is already receiving a salary

I never received one of the items I purchased. I randomly receive a refund for the shipping with no reason why, but not for the actual item.

Added: I purchased mainly digital items, but also purchased a physical CD. I do know the difference. 1 on 1 was the title. It was never receive, nor was a refund given for the actual item.

They have a very nice selection to choose from and they are fast to deliver my order. There price I've found to be very reasonable.

Music was top quality and easy to download and then use on my computer! The option to download either a single song OR the ENTIRE album was GREAT! I chose to download the entire album and the end result was wonderful! Great job!

Not at all what I thought I purchased.
The cd purchased was not the arrangement i thought it was. I would like to be able to listen to it before purchasing, adnd because it was opened, i cannot return. I will be purchasing from another company from now on. Thank you.

In response to your comment about the clip I could listen to prior to purchase: I did listen, but there is a 2 minute interlude on the accompaniment that is not included in the clip, nor is it on the soundtrak by the original artist which was indicated on the cd case.

They deliver every time. If it is a physical CD, It arrives packaged well and secure and in a timely fashion. I download MP3's and have never had an issue.
