Easy to use! I searched and tested a half dozen time off tracking tools before I found Day Off, and it is pretty great. It is intuitive to use and makes it infinitely easier to manage our PTO than the old method of the honor system and each person maintaining their own spreadsheet... There are the occasional quirks and problems, so that's the reason I give it 4 stars. Their support team is quick to respond and resolve issues when they arise.

It has streamlined our time off request process and allowed us to focus on other tasks.

I wish other platforms could be as simple as this. We were looking for this, but found tons of solutions that did way more than we needed. Time tracking would be nice, but we have very few hourly employees, so it's not worth a separate system.

I have spent hours on the phone with customer service because the app has the wrong days off. Its always one day wrong as if the calendar should start with Monday instead of Sunday. Website calendar has the correct days off but ny entire staff uses the app which is incorrect

It's easy but wish my role as an admin had more capabilities. I would like to make changes and add time without alerting the employee. The app if for the company but it is driven more to the employee.

Blank page on Firefox for login. Tried all sorts of removing cookies, private tab, nothing worked. Can't change Monday being the start day.

Day Off makes it so much easier for our team to track vacation and time off. We no longer deal with spreadsheets or confusing messages, everything is in one place. The app is simple, fast, and works well on both mobile and web.

Approvals are quick, the calendar is clear, and it supports different locations, policies, and work schedules. The work schedules feature is especially helpful because it makes tracking part timers, shift workers, and flexible hours much more accurate.

The integrations with Slack and Google Calendar are a big plus too.

Overall, Day Off saves us time and keeps everyone organized. Really happy with it :)
