Worst experience ever with them, I ordered a pair of shoes costing 28600 FULLY PAID up. Since then I am trying to contact them. Their phone number mentioned doesn't exist. They never bother to reply their mails. Contact address is wrong. Many are suffering. I request some authority to look into the matter urgently and punish them hard.

I decided to purchase the product for a purpose. Order date is 9 th February, and at the purchase time it was showing the despatched date was 21-26 th February. That's why I have purchased it.

21 February is over, 26 th is over. March 26 th is over.
Then Dawntown give a new timeline that is 6 th February, 6 th February has passed.
Another timeline was given by Dawntown that was 10 March. 10 th March passed away.
Then they gave us a new timeline that was 27 March.
Today I received an email from Dawntown, There is a New Timeline that you are taking another 15-20 days.

Already 45 days are over.

Now they are refuse to Cancel my order and refuse to refund me.
Dawntown is doing fraud buisness.

Fraud, plenty of non delivered orders, no replies, no accountability, shit brand.
And owners suck like literally they don’t even know what business they r doing.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes (New Balance 9060 & Hoka Bondi 9) worth ₹35,039 on Jan 8 from Dawntown. It has been over 2 months and I have received absolutely nothing — no product, no tracking update, no refund.
Their customer support is non-existent. Repeated follow-ups have been ignored or met with vague responses. This is completely unacceptable for an order of this value.

I am now filing a complaint with:
Consumer Forum(consumerhelpline.gov.in)
Cyber Crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in)
My bank for a chargeback

I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this store. Order DT17333OD — confirmed Jan 8, still unresolved.

I order nike air jordan 1 mid panda's like 5 months ago. Didn't get a refund so we filed a complaint in the consumer court and raised a dispute with the help of axis bank. They didnt answer calls, always had to switch phones for thwm to answer, they kept delaying the delivery. Upon pressuring them THIS much, the finally broke down and gave a refund. Will not buy from here again. EVER

They are looters and corrupt and don't respect and follow up on the costumers ..I had ordered a shoes through them on there website on 29 December 2025 and I was promised that my shoes any how would be. Ddelived on 17 jan 2026 ..After around 15-20 mail and follow up , no response from them, still to figure out when my Shoes Would be delivered ...I had previously also ordered, Shoes from lot of portals but dawn town is totally unprofessional, no customer service and there is no way you contact them ...

TOTALLY FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED BY THERE WAY OFF WORK ..

DOWNTOWN is nothing but a SCAM.
I placed a prepaid order (Order ID: DT14081OD) for AIR JORDAN 1 MID SE OXIDIZED GREEN on 8th July 2025, paying ₹8,299/- (₹7,999 + ₹300 shipping) via UPI. The promised delivery time was 2 weeks. As of 24th January 2026, I have not received the product or any update. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller via calls and emails, but received no satisfactory response. The company has frequently changed contact numbers. The earlier numbers (9820716193, 9082200716, 7977108018) are now invalid, and the latest number (9619630527) does not respond.

I want to share my honest and personal experience with Dawntown Sneakers, Delhi.

After placing my order on 31 December 2025, I initially started watching shoe review videos on YouTube related to my order and was feeling happy and excited. However, after checking Dawntown’s Instagram and reading some comments and reviews online, I started feeling afraid and doubtful, even thinking that I might get scammed. Although the mentioned delivery timeline was 7–10 days, from the very first day I started emailing and messaging them politely, asking for confirmation about when my order would be delivered. It turned out to be a long journey with a lot of ups and downs.

Due to the delay and mixed reviews, I became very anxious and frustrated, and I even commented on Instagram out of concern. After continuous follow-ups, Risheek (Founder) and Unnat Raj stepped in and properly addressed my concerns, explaining the sourcing process. Communication could have been better initially, but they eventually took responsibility and stayed in touch.

Finally, my sneakers were delivered by 23 January(Today) . I thoroughly verified the pair I checked it on CheckCheck and also validated it independently along with chatgpt and the shoes are 100% original, with correct tags, packaging, and quality matching New Balance retail standards. The wait was stressful, but it was worth waiting.

I am also adding screenshots of Risheek’s replies and my AWB number to show that this is my real, personal experience and not a paid review. Overall, a genuine product was delivered. The initial delay caused frustration, but the issue was resolved and the commitment was fulfilled. With better proactive communication, the experience can be even better.

These are some of the worst human beings to ever exist. I paid 16299 for my Adios Pro 4 on December 1, 2025, and as of today, jan 14, 2025, they haven't even sent out one unprompted email/communication to me. When I sent out over a thousand messages, phonecalls, and Instagram DMs, Dawntwon never responds, they're arrogant, self-centred pricks that steal your money and ghost you. I used a lot of civilised language to help them understand, and I will probably file an FIR on them, if things go on the same way. There is this incredibly smug, useless, lying, wasteful fool they have hired to manage orders and customers, named Unnat Raj. He makes sure your money is stolen and gone forever, and lies, cheats and scams you almost every call you make, with fake promises, and avoids you if your calls ever get through. Please don't order from them.

Edit: My order has just arrived after days and days of daily messages, comments, and hundreds of posts tagging mumbai police, the CEO, and even asking my lawyer to send them a legal notice upon unfulfilment of my refund request... and I would like to check the authenticity of my product before changing my mind about any of this, especially after seeing an Instagram story from an Influencer (previously promoting Dawntown) saying Dawntown sells first copy shoes. I'm genuinely confused, annoyed, and extremely irritated by the inhumane treatment. If at least my product turns out to be genuine, I will still have to seek compensation.

I have ordered a travis scott Argentina t-shirt after the order is confirmed.But there no Update on the product, no tracking number and no information was given. I contacted the dawntown customer service they kept telling me it will reach within the next 3 to 4 day, however till now no information was given and still no update on the product. Please do not buy from them this is a scam and a fraud.

I wish there was an option of zero star. Such a bad support and service from them. I had ordered a pair of sneakers 2 months back but it have not been delivered yet nor they are initiating the refund. What scam company it is!

Dawntown got to be the worst reseller I have ordered sneakers from. Worst reseller providing false promise with no proper customer support or response. I have got sneakers from veg nonveg, cdc, hype elixir and from limitededt and also footlocker. Just ordered in dawntown for the first time, I totally regret why I did that. Its been more than a month. I still get any update on when my order will be shipped. I have also went through certain negative comments from redit about dawntown, I didn't take that serious at that time. But now I totally understand those are true

I placed an order on July 3rd but never received the product. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, there has been no proper response or resolution from Dawntown.

When I finally got a reply, they refused to process a refund and only offered store credit or alternate products — which I clearly declined. Till now, no one has contacted me with any update, and my refund has not been processed.

This is a clear case of poor service and complete lack of accountability. As per Indian Consumer Protection laws, a refund should have been provided for a product that was never delivered.

Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this platform to anyone.

One of the worst experiences ever . I ordered a pair aj 1 mods from them three months back and they neither delivered nor refunded the amount . Their customer support doesn’t even reply to messages nor do they pickup the calls . I filed a case in the consumer court and through nchs against them but no action has been taken yet . Idk what to do now

Well. I finally got my shoes. They called and advised theyvhad some issue. Were nice enough to ensure delivery of my order despite the delay and challenges. Wishing u all the best for rhe future.

This is 1st time I placed order-DT, on 20Jan 25. I am not getting any updates. Your phone is not working. Bad service. Poor service. I was planning to order a pair of retro oz as well but I won't now. Poor service. Please help to cancel the order if can't deliver it .
