David Astburys has managed my flat for almost 2 years and everyone I have worked with has been wonderful. Most recently, Stephanie and Selda have been my points of contact. Both are amazing, super helpful and responsive. They take care of everything! A true blessing. I would highly recommend this group of wonderful people. They are a true pleasure to work with.

David Astburys are the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. They have just sold two properties for me and wrapped the whole thing up in 6 months. Their dedication, knowledge and kindness has been incredible. Such lovely people. Dillen, Amin and Simone, absolute dream team. I was dreading the whole process having never sold a property and just hearing horror stories around, but they couldn't have done a better job. So glad I chose them!

Working with the property management team at David Astburys has been a pleasure! We are a maintenance company and have been working closely with Safa, Selda, Elena, Stephanie, Maria and Rebecca to arrange necessary repairs and maintenance where needed in the properties. They are super responsive, proactive, and kind. Quick to help with what is needed, I have not been let down by this team, even if the situation is difficult! Their skill and dedication makes anything possible.

Selda has been great to work with. She has helped my landlord by being a main contact for me in which she has provided great assistance. It is nice she has shown to really care and want to help with any concerns or questions at any point.

Approach with caution! I am a landlord, airbnb'ing who was trying to rent my property through David Astbury's. They claimed they had taken a holding deposit (so I took my property off airbnb accordingly) from prospective tenants. After probing, they said that they gave the depost back to the tenants who chose against staying at my property. When push came to shove (I told them that they wrong for returning the deposit) it turned out they had lied and never took the deposit the the first place!
Nutshell is that they pretended they took a deposit to get me to take the property off the market for them so they can be the sole agents on the property; this is totally egregious, unprofessional and deplorable.

Our assigned property manager was rude, useless and unhelpful immediately since the first day. The property they allowed to rent? An absolute nightmare, no heating, no hot water, dishes in the sink left, no professional cleaning done, rats excrement. Its been an absolute hell since day one until we were finally allowed to leave the property. This team leader absolutely taking the side of the landlord and making us live like homeless. It took 6 months to the landlord to collect his stuff that he left occupying all the space in the property.
Agency knew that the landlord rent this place only for winter and then after 6 months they kick out people because in winter they don’t live there cause of the unsanitary conditions of the flat and the cold. The most shocking customer service I've ever encountered, especially considering I was chasing up issues that only exist because of the agent directly. Emails every single day, we showed pictures of mice in the flat and absolutely nothing was done. They claimed “mice can’t climb stairs”. And this is nothing. This kinda of estate agents shouldn’t be allowed to work because the make people lives hell. I never had issues with agency but this one particularly is to AVOID COMPLETELY.
The property we were in is still on the market and they keep renting it out for six months only. Without telling the tenants.

My experience with Shakir Ahmed from the Crouch End branch was faultless and straightforward. His professional approach ensured the entire selling process went smoothly, even in a challenging "high rates environment." Overall, I am very pleased with this agency and would highly recommend them.

Nadia, (Property Renewal Manager) provided good support and clear written communication with regards all aspects of the entire process. It was much appreciated that I was corresponding with only Nadia so I felt we had built a trusting rapport. The process was over a period of several weeks which completed on October 2nd 2024.

Selda Mehmet has been helping me with my rental property for a while and she has proved to be the most constant and helpful person I have ever dealt with.
