Their online recruiter engaged me. Told me a million beautiful things about the company. Progression, how fun it would be, how they needed someone with my language skills.
I finally logged on to the web site. Only information about the job. Not one single line on methods of remuneration.

I asked the online recruiter about remuneration and now - all of a sudden - this very energetic and communicative person did not respond any more.

I asked her twice to be sure. She saw both messages and did not respond. MAJOR RED FLAG. Do not let them use and abuse you!

It was a great experience to work with DataForce. I enjoyed it. I wish to work on more number of projects with DataForce.

I was supposed to take part in a project that they were working with someone for. It was a paid participant study. We tried 3 different times to make this work. But due to their massive time mismanagement skills, whether it be told that the project was cancelled 24 hrs in advanced only for an employee to call me the next morning and tell us it's actually back on and if we can still make it, and then when I called back to try to figure out details, NOBODY answered their phones or returned voicemails. So that was frazzling and frusterating. The second time there was a FORCASTED cold weather event which was known about DAYS IN ADVANCED, and I got an email the DAY OF literally an hour and a half before the project start time (that we had rescheduled) that it was called of. Again, this was forcasted days in advanced. This resulted in lost wages for my husband because he had called off of work to participate in this. After that we were just frusterating with all the awful and poor time management skills from this company wasting our time, so they told us they were sending us $50 checks to both my husband and myself as a way to basically say sorry and make it up to us somehow. And then, someone from their accounts payable department reached out to me URGENTLY one day via email, expecting an answer from either my husband and I in LESS than an hour, and obviously that is not standard and incredibly unreasonable. So yet ANOTHER issue with their awful mismanagement of time. This person from accounts payable got back to me and his response was almost accustory because "my husband and I didn't respond in time" EVEN THOUGH I had responded to that email literally an hour later. And we have been in an email war ever since with me reaming him about how he can NOT expect a response in less than an hour and then try to make me feel as though I did something wrong about it. Not to mention, his initial email used CAPS & eccentric use of excalamation points, which is NOT professional - leading my husband to believe it was SPAM - hence why he never responded. PLUS, I told this guy that if he wanted a faster response from one of us, a phone call would have been faster - in which he tells me he doesn't have it. But Transperfect DOES HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER! This is utter garbage. As of this moment, I am still locked in to a email war with this RUDE employee. They CONSTANTLY come at you with last minute changes or demands, leading to massive time mismanagement and wasting of time in general. And now it seems like my information that I supplied them is also mismanaged seeing as a profile that was created FOR me by a transperfect employee did not include my phone number WHICH THEY HAD because I've gotten multiple other calls from TransPerfect employees PLUS I supplied it to them when sending in my information - leading to this ridiculously unprofessional, rude, and poorly managed interaction with the accounts payable jerk! TP IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISMANAGED.

And I've seen the TP replies to the other reviews. What I've been dealing with is NOT a scam. I have phone call records and email threads, vendor numbers, employee names, and their TransPerfect employee email addresses.

Also, I don't have a "date of experience" because it never happened due to all the mismanagement and time wasting! So I'm just putting the date I'm writing this review.

Fun project experience and payment was fairly quick. Highly recommend.

I've only done 2 jobs but they were easy and paid well. I just wish that more jobs were available.

I have attended The Emerald Project in Da Nang City, Viet Nam. It is one of the most interesting projects I have never seen before. The project was fun and professionally managed by friendly people dedicated to the improvement of technology and usability. Besides that, I have received full payment after two weeks. I am open to participating in further projects with Dataforce/Transperfect! The other candidates should cooperate with Dataforce/Transperfect.

This is an amazing AI company with huge opportunities to contribute to the AI industry and gain experience. However, their payment is seamless and smooth and the project team is supportive.

I was reached by this company for a certain study for customer experience perspective. In this project, this company did very good in communication, i formation and also the payment for the participant. I wouldh like to support and join again if this company need my contribution

Great experience. From applying to scheduling to the actual project itself, the whole process was very smooth, their recruiter was very helpful and responsive. The description was accurate and payment was on time. Overall a lovely experience.

The company was very organized, from the initial training to the end of the process. Payment was made ahead of schedule, and everything went smoothly.

I don't think that people should use this company to make extra money. They still haven't paid me my money. I had to message them to send the payment information. Then they had a nerve to send me an email asking me for referrals. I told them that I haven't even been paid, so why would I refer business to you?

Interesting and enjoyable experience working with these guys. Worked on a project onsite in London and found it to be professional but also fun. They're all so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely work with them again if the opportunity was to arise.

I did 2 1/2 hours of recordings months ago and never got paid. Getting a run around by them that is frustrating. Don't waste your time doing any recordings through these guys.
