Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a dress well before Ramadan and repeatedly confirmed with them that it would arrive before Eid. They confidently assured me it would. Before placing the order, I specifically asked about customization and was told to order first and then share instructions via WhatsApp. I followed their process exactly and sent my instructions 6–7 times, even double-checking if they understood. Each time, they said yes.

A week before Eid, they sent me a video of the dress and it was completely wrong. Not a single instruction was followed. When I questioned them, they had the audacity to lie and say I never gave those instructions. I then sent 14–15 screenshots proving everything, and suddenly they changed their story, saying instructions had to be given on the website. Total nonsense.

After all this frustration, I asked for a refund, which they refused unless I paid extra for corrections , as if their mistake was my fault. After endless arguments, they said they would fix it. Then they shipped it just 3 days before Eid and still promised delivery on time. I kept following up constantly, and all I got were false assurances.

Eid came and went but no dress. After that, they started blaming customs. No proper communication, no accountability, just excuses. Finally, 25 days after Eid, I received the dress and guess what? Still not customized. Exactly the same wrong piece they showed earlier.

All they had to say was sorry.That’s it.

This brand is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. They waste your time, ruin important occasions, and take your money without delivering what they promise. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews they are absolutely deserved.

Avoid this brand at all costs unless you want stress, disappointment, and regret.

If I could go lower I would. I received the wrong dress. Complete wrong style and wrong color. They don’t answer the customer service emails (apparently it doesn’t exist). They left me on “seen” on instagram dm. The whatsapp communication line is also a lost cause. I paid way more for the dress I ordered. The dress I got was cheaper and just NOT what I wanted. They didn’t make any effort to fix the situation. I’m never ordering from them again and I would advise you not to. If your order comes out great perfect. If it doesn’t, good luck trying to get any sort of professional customer service from them!

If I could give them a 0 I would!!! They have the worst customer service EVER!!! They read the messages on WhatsApp and don’t reply!!! AVOID AVOID I wish I had read all these reviews beforehand.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dastoor Collection. It has been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted them multiple times regarding both the delay and a refund, but at first I received no response at all. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Waiting this long without any clear update or support is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their customer service and reliability,
if i could i would give less than half a star.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this brand has been incredibly stressful. I placed an order over a month ago, relying on their advertised 15–20 day local delivery window. I explicitly told their team I needed the outfit by March 5th for a flight on the 6th; they assured me there would be no issue.
Despite following up daily from March 2nd, the delivery never arrived. They repeatedly claimed it would ship "tomorrow," and after I left for Canada, they finally provided a DHL tracking number. To my shock, the tracking showed the package was headed to New York, despite my shipping address being Karachi, Pakistan. Furthermore, DHL Lahore confirmed they don't even handle domestic deliveries within Pakistan. The representative was clueless and offered no explanation. I have requested a refund multiple times, but they continue to ignore me, promising to "check tomorrow." They didn't even manage an Eid delivery, as the package arrived three days late. I am deeply disappointed and will never shop here again.

Allow yourself atleast 8 weeks from when you need your outfit. Due to the current situation in the Middle East my outfits arrived after Eid which is not something that can be helped. The outfits are STUNNING. I didn’t recieve any tracking info but I trusted them and they kept me up to date, a couple days they went radio silent but I can imagine how busy they are. The quality is amazing.

I ordered an outfit a month ago, before I ordered it I asked the team on WhatsApp multiple times if it would be delivered before the date I needed it for and they assured me and gave me a guarantee. I placed my order and even put the desired date in the order notes. It has been now a month since I’ve ordered and past the date I needed it for and I was unable to go to my event due to the outfit not being here. They are now not responding to any of my messages and calls and are completely ignoring me and I have had to start a fraud investigation with my bank. It is very upsetting as they have lied multiple times to me going back and forth saying the outfit has been shipped then saying it hasn’t and overall a very bad experience causing me much stress.

Awful customer service, do not provide any tracking will not give you any updates even if you ask so many times, keep saying “soon” ignoring any queries. Ordered suit 2 months ago and still no update? They keep ignoring me. Avoid!!

Worst brand ever! I ordered almost a month ago for Eid and still haven't received my dress. They keep lying that it's gonna dispatch soon then they say it's in the stitching process. They are not true to their words. You guys should not take orders which you can't handle. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never ever ordering from them again!!!!!

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. The paid reviews can’t make them legit. I ordered a dress which I was promised will be here by Eid but even after a month it’s not here and the customer service is pathetic. They keep telling me on insta that it has been dispatched and then they tell me its not dispatched yet on WhatsApp. extremely disappointed. My money has gone to waste.

Appearance: I'm updating this part of the review after the dress has been stitched. While the overall appearance matches the images on the website, the embroidery is not as intricate or ornate as I expected. For what I paid, I could have found a better quality dress with far more intricate embroidery.

Delivery: Very late. Their products likely are made upon order (unstitched), but they don't clearly mention this on their website. Although I placed a local order, it took 15+ days to arrive. This was for an unstitched item, and their website states a shipping time of 7 to 8 working days for local unstitched orders. If you’re ordering internationally, expect delivery to take well over a month, so plan accordingly. For local orders, especially stitched ones, it’s wise to order well in advance and be mindful, as almost all of their reviewers (on TikTok or here) had issues with delivery.

Customer Service: Their customer service is responsive and active, however, they will not actually answer any of your questions or concerns. It seems as if they have no knowledge of what you are asking. Their replies are incoherent or nonsensical.

DONT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered from here in October for clothes to arrive in November. Firstly, the clothes didn’t even arrive on time, and then when they arrived almost 15 days late, they were DAMAGED. The sides were ripped and the quality was absolutely awful. When I contacted them to get a refund, they continued to ignore me for months, up until now!!! It’s been 4 months, and I’m giving up even messaging. I’m honestly appalled by their treatment of the customer. To call themselves Muslims and then cheat people of their money in a completely immoral and borderline haram manner is insane to me. I spent £120 on this place and never got my money back. The same thing happened to someone else I know, so I know I’m not the only one. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from here.

Clearly they do not care about international orders. If you're living in Pakistan, maybe your order is delivered, but as someone in the U.S, it has been nearly a month now and the order has not been shipped. It was promised to be shipped last week and when I asked on Whatsapp I was left on read. Poor customer service, overpriced clothes, and lazy/lack of shipping.

Really well stitched and beautiful classy designs

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered an outfit almost 1.5 months ago and the outfit was promised to me about 20 days out from when i placed it. Additionally, the customer service rep I have been working with on Whatsapp, is either unresponsive or doesn't know anything about my order. She tells me daily that the outfit will be shipped "tomorrow" then repeats the same thing the next day. Its really really horrible & I would not recommend anyone order outfits from them. Its not a good service AT ALL!

If I could give 0 I would. AVOID this company at all costs, especially if you’re in the UK. Their customer service is terrible — no one replies, and when they finally do, they just fob you off. My clothes didn’t arrive in time for an event, even though I ordered well in advance. They kept telling me the order would be shipped, but it never was. This feels like a scam. Save your money — they’re overpriced and not worth the hassle.
