I have had my mediation scheduled for months and they tell me 12 minutes before it is to begin that it has been cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

They will schedule depositions and never even notify you. They do not call you or follow up on your case at all. You don't matter to them. Don't bother.

Here we go again I’m here at Daspit law firm because I got a call from Mr.Daspit himself to be here on Saturday to pick up my payment and I have this on record well the building is closed on Saturday I called up to the office and they said they would send someone down three times and no one showed up I gave the security guard his number to call and the man who picked up said he is not John Daspit which I have on record now they are trying to call the cops on me to leave the property this is a circus please stay away from these crooks

If I could give a zero I woudd! 2018 They refuse yo give me my money unless I sign another contract screwing me further. For years trying to force them to give me my money! The state bar does nothing!
Don't use Dapit Law Firm! They screwed me over! Stole my money! Left Me without a vehicle ! Left me injured! Never paid the medical! I went c to them with a winning case, they threatened to lose my case if I didn't take this bogus settlement ! When I refused they went to court to settle behind my back! I showed up and it was a fight. The visiting judge set up for a heating and before the hearing they settled behind my back and withdrew from my case. THE STOLE ALL THE MONEY!

I wish I would have came to Trust Pilot for a review on this Firm prior to hire them. For the last five months they have sent me to three different physical therapist, all kinds of MRI’s, cat scans and other test and then turn around and tell me they are dropping my case because of hear say and because the opposing attorneys stated they are not willing to settle. I was clearly hit from BEHIND!! These people are not willing to fight for you because they only want the easy way out. These attorneys only want to take settlements out of court. To add insult to my injurieS, when I asked who will cover those medical bills from the MRI’s etc.., the attorney had the nerve to tell me to reach out to my insurance company through my job. Please please please don’t be fooled by the fancy marketing. These people will not fight for you. There’s so much more to tell, but I’m so hurt by the way they’ve handled my case. It almost feels like they were actually working with the opposing attorneys because I’ve incurred more problems and bills because of them. Oh and those five star reviews, likely are friends, relatives and employees.

I’ve been with Daspit for almost 2 years and I’ve had 4 paralegals and no phone calls. I call for update and no one is ever available.. this is the worst law firm ever! Since my accident I’ve had to do everything on my own and trying to figure out what to do next. Again communication is zero!!! I’m disgusted they have new billboards put up all around Houston!
