As far as spending money from the card it works flawlessly. However, my card was compromised after I used it while on a trip. It wasn't a large amount about $75 total but trying to call customer service to report the card stolen and get my money back was a nightmare. I was on hold 45 minutes both times. I got the card reported stolen but I never was able to get through to the dispute department they told me I had to talk to in order to get the money back. Fortunately they had almost run my card down to zero so most of the transactions that the thieves tried to put through did not go through but still 75 bucks is 75 bucks. And I'd like my money back.

The prepaid card was compromised on 4.10.2026 and 4.11.2026 for $864.62. 13 separate transactions to the same company. None of these transactions were valid transactions. We received a letter stating that "Based on our investigation, we have concluded no error occurred;
therefore, no funds will be credited to your account and this matter is considered closed." I have had to call the customer service multiple times with nothing resolved. The letter also talks about "You may request a copy of the documents we used in determining the final outcome of the investigation. If
you would like to request copies of the documents," I asked for this information and never received it.

I have requested this and never received this. I had to call again and now I am waiting for this information. I feel that this company pushes off helping their customers and doing less as possible for their customers. They are definitely not a customer success type of company. I am very disappointed in this experience and plan on contacting the company who uses them to issue these pre- paid cards.
