I just received my first Darth Malgus light saber from Dark Wolf and cannot be happier. The owner answered the phone at 9:30 pm, explained the process and the products, and responds quickly to emails. I placed my order and received my light saber within a week and by far, it is the best light saber I have ever owned! I WILL be buying another and highly recommend Dark Wolf Sabers!

The people here are great. Even on custom stuff they will work with and sort you out. Recommended

I recently purchased the Respawn Custom (Eno Cordova) hilt as my first hit and to scratch the itch from the Star Wars Jedi series.
Needless to say I was thrilled when it shipped fast and arrived faster- it took less than 15 business days from when I placed the order to when it arrived at my door.

Unfortunately my excitement was cut short - literally - when I was swapping out and installing the blade retention neck piece (due to the thread of the thin-neck slicing the wires).

I got on the email to Johnny and team, and after some pictures to confirm the issue he let me know they would send out a replacement part and supply the tracking when done.
A similar wait time and the part arrived and I was able to replace it nicely, and am absolutely stoked with the Saber.

All the great things you hear about DWS in my experience have all been amazingly accurate and true. This is my testimony to that!

When I’m ready to purchase another Saber I’ll definitely be shopping here first!

This is my first order with Dark Wolf Sabers and it's one the best experiences I've had ordering a light saber. They have communicated far better than any of the competitors I have used previously, they are one of the most courteous businesses I've ever had the privilege to work with and they provide information immediately after ordering that describes some of the requirements needed to keep a warranty. Heck they even provide link resources for recommended charging blocks and documentation. This is an A+ business and, as of now, my preferred builder.

Great customer service product arrived actually earlier than expected and I am very pleased with its quality weight and the easy to read instructions this was my first lightsaber ever and I am so happy I went with dark wolf.

This is my first lightsaber and I’m honestly in love with it. The materials feel solid, the sound is amazing, and the smooth swing is so satisfying. It took a while to ship, but once it arrived, it was totally worth the wait.

Really great sabers, very quick shipping and overall great quality. The neopixel sabers do seem to be prone to scratching (maybe the combat sabers are better) so keep that in mind when ordering sabers, but the Customer Support is quite good despite the outdated UI on the website. Wish they would offer more complex sabers (like the Anakin and Obi-Wan sabers) for cheaper but otherwise would recommend

I had an issue with a saber stand, and I was able to get it sorted in less than a day.

The saber shipped really quickly and arrived with all the required equipment, as well as a few spares for maintainence. The saber(s) themselves are fantastic, sturdy, good weight, and can separate and rejoin seamlessly. Color and sound is good, and the construction is intricate, almost too intricate. I had to get help from customer service to help get everything disassembled and functioning. Everyone was really responsive and helpful, so it was super quick to get a solution and sort everything out. As someone who’s gotten a broken saber in the past from another company (not naming names) the worry of accidentally breaking a saber while trying to work on it is a pretty daunting dread, however this is a fine addition to my collection, and an excellent cosplay prop.

Absolutely INSANE customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like it, 10/10. I’m a first time Xeno pixel saber buyer so I don’t really know what I’m doing. I had an issue right out of the box with my saber, so I send an email asking for troubleshooting advice. I was expecting just a pdf guide but I got Johnny’s personal number and he walked me through the whole thing! (Just a simple app setup error) Definitely made a recurring customer out of me.

5 stars! And I’m mad that I can’t give more than 5 stars, customer service is AMAZING. They reply very fast, very patient, and explain everything well. I’m new to the Star Wars and lightsaber world and I knew absolutely nothing about neopixel sabers, I asked way too many questions to the customer service people, even petty questions, but they still answered it very politely and fast. Shipping was relatively fast as I lived in Canada. Will definitely buy sabers from them again in the future, highly recommended!

Ordered a mystery box saber from Darkwolf and it arrived in 1 week. Was a great value and got a nice saber for a really good price. I couldn’t figure out one of the functions and I was okay without it but Johnny kept responding until it was perfect and I understood how to use it. Responses were within minutes, not hours or days. I order The Savior (Kelleran Beq) saber and it was delivered on time as expected. The quality of the hilt was superb. Worked nicely out of the box with no issues to the hilt or the blade. Got the Xeno3 blade to use the app which works well enough instead of using a combination of button presses and twisting motions to change the fonts, colors, etc. Ordered a blade plug and the wrong size was sent, but that immediately remedied with no issues. This hilt is a 7/8in hilt not a 1in hilt so keep that in mind if you are buying accessories separately. Will gladly buy from DarkWolf again.

It arrived sooner than expected and in a hard case with combo lock latches.

I am very pleased. The hilt looks great. It has plenty of different sound fonts and the RGB lighting is pretty nice.

Definitely will do business with them again in the future.
