Waste of money and pour quality of flowers
I was one of the first customer fro Darcey flowers. At the begging they were amazing. For the last 2 years, the quality of flowers is so bad that even if u get them today by tomorrow they will look like they r old and u need to throw them out. Very poor quality and they will last you max 2,3 days. Such a waste of money. The bouquets from Waitrose market and Spinneys will last you min 7 days where from Darcey not even 3. Even the customer service after giving them bad feedback for few times they will not do anything to improve it. Such a waste of money for 1 day flowers which will look ok only when they deliver it to you.
For the last 4 times ai received bouquets very low quality where the flowers will go bad, brown and falling off after 1 day. Very very disappointing!!!

Ordering online from Darcey was so efficient. The team prepared and delivered the flowers earlier than expected which was really great. The arrangement was beautifully done, and the quality of the flowers were excellent.

The staff updated me every step they've made sending me pictures of the bouquet as well as the greating card I wrote on their internet site. The bouquet was as shown in the picture.
