They have five stars for good reason. Professional, courteous, organised. We purchased our property through Dan Thomas, but wish they were the estate agents my parents instructed to sell their place, because they were so much more useful. We had a better, more honest relationship with Dan Thomas than the estate agents we were paying!! Estate agents don't have the best reputations.... Dan Thomas are different, hence the five stars. Thank you all for your help, especially Lorraine... You were amazing!

Everything you would want in an Estate agent - from viewing to completing.

Very quick to respond to any queries, efficient always, polite, helpful. Nothing was ever too much and I certainly unintentionally gave them a challenge.
When I experienced difficulties with obtaining a mortgage they supported me and patiently accepted what was going on. They recommend I spoke with their mortgage broker who managed to get what I needed and we are in our new home. They’ve made the impossible possible.
Can’t recommend their professionalism enough.

Thank you to Lorraine and Dan in particular who helped us with the purchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble. The team kept us informed of every development and got back to our enquiries promptly even after we had moved in. They pursued the solicitors regularly to ensure that the sales went through before mortgage deals expired. Arranging a second visit so we could show our son the property was not too much trouble and they were always friendly and approachable. We received a gorgeous bouquet and bottle of Prosecco upon completion. We would definitely use the firm if we were to move in the future.

My husband and I decided to buy a house in Gravesend. As first time buyers, we were aware that the process was not going to be easy. We saw a beautiful flat on zoopla and contacted the state agents to arrange a view. It was Lorraine who came to show the house. From the first moment he was very kind, close and professional. We loved the house but had a few questions before making our offer. Lorraine answered all our questions the next day, outside of her working hours since it was Sunday, of course we were very pleasantly surprised. That same day we put our offer and the next day Lorraine reported that the seller had accepted it. From then on, Lorraine kept in touch via email. It took an average of 15 minutes to answer our emails. Always very professional. Claire was also contacting us when they needed information from us. The process from the view to completion took only 3 months (including Christmas). On completion day I had to work but I was so grateful to them that I worked extra hours during the week so I could go and thank them in person. This small estate agency is the opposite of what we have known up to now. They are professional, close and human. If I had to buy another house in the area... I would go directly to them... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

We viewed a property listed with Dan, it wasn’t quite right but he had really listened to our thoughts, what was important and suggested us viewing somewhere else that we wouldn’t have thought of.
Neither property was right, but we were so impressed with Dan’s honesty and care that we arranged him to value our property. Once again he was reliable, interested and straight talking. His advice was sound. Dan followed up with a detailed email with next steps for consideration.
We decided not to go to market in the end, which could have been frustrating, however there was absolutely no pressure, just understanding and the offer of further advice on what would or wouldn’t add value to our current property should we invest here instead.
I would definitely recommend Dan and, when we are ready, work with him again.

What a fantastic team Dan has at Longfield Claire, Jo and Lorraine were all so much help to me when I didn’t understand something they would find out straight away or get beck to me.
Our purchase and sale went through so smoothly, even moving at 21/12/22 was easy as soon as sale and purchase went through I had a call telling me the news, in fact they all went above and beyond. Hopefully I’m in my forever home now but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan Thomas & co.

Dan and his team delivered everything that was promised and more, from Dan’s first visit. Jo did a fantastic job on our open day. Claire and Lorraine communicated and answered our queries promptly and accurately from the office and were an enormous help in moving things along when required.
