I have purchased from Daniel’s in the past and very recently. I contacted them to test some gold I bought from Pochy jewelry and las villas jewelry with the xray gun. I talked to David on the phone and he let me know my bracelets were 13.6k from las villas jewelry. I asked for them to send me a photo text with video for proof. I was at loss with the bad news. The total weight of both bracelets together started at 139.5 grams. When I got my bracelets back the total weight of both bracelets together ended at 138.2 grams. The amount subtracted was 1.3 grams of gold weight. Which means each bracelet weighed about .6 grams less. Each bracelet felt a little lighter and silkier thinner to the touch. They dangled in my fingers just a little bit differently. They felt sleeker on my wrists. The bottoms felt flatter. These were my first thickest twin pair of Cuban bracelets I ever owned. I received them from las villas in June 2025. I contacted Andres through email after I received them because my other gold was missing as well. He replied letting me know nothing has been done to my bracelets, and they misplaced my other gold, and we should avoid doing anymore business. He said he will ship out the remainder of my gold on him since it was his fault. What a relief I guess. Aside from all my losses. I spent $220 on shipping round trip to get my gold tested. Im sure they spent another $100 on overnight shipping to send the rest of my gold pieces back. I guess in the game of grams, since they “helped” me I have to take another loss. I just paid it forward, even though I have no idea where the gold evaporated too. It offsets their time for helping me to test my gold for purity which I shouldn’t of had to test in the first place. Basically I paid the ultimate price again, for DJI to help me in more than one way. I’m not sure what happened but the numbers on the scale are the truth compared with my documentation of proof of purchase of initial gold gram starting weight which was 139.5 grams, now 138.2, = 1.3 grams that mysteriously vanished?! It is Halloween 2026 🎃 maybe there’s a Cuban ghost? Trick or treat. I been tricked again, what a treat! I forgive you guys for misplacing my gold. At least least you found it and sent it back. Please forgive me for writing this 1 ⭐️ review. It’s not against DJI. I’m just rating how I feel about my experience and I need to share it to get peace back in my life. I want shoppers to be safe. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but will leave feedback when I have no other choice. I’m sure nobody there can explain what happened. Of course you will deny everything and call me crazy. You guys all have each other’s back as you should. I can tell from my interactions with several of you. The questions I ask, and the responses I get. Not only what you say and how you say it. How you put me on mute and hold when I asked certain questions. How you never replied to certain emails. It’s my fault for buying this gold stuff in the first place and for sending my gold to you. I keep buying fools gold. All I was trying to do was to enjoy some nice things in my life, and I keep getting fleeced. I have learned my lesson for the third time now. You have taught me more about the dumb gold game, at-least from a customer’s perspective. I now realize I am the golden fool. To everyone out there document everything. Take videos while you open your gold. Get certified documentation to proof what your buying. Take detailed pictures of everything. Purchase through platform with buyer protection. Behind all the shine there is a dark side to this business. Handmade Cuban links don’t look the same to me anymore. I appreciate what Andre’s said but no need to worry I’m never coming back or recommending you. DJI don’t care they are too rich and there will always be a new fool, I mean customer coming there way. Horrible Customer Service. They will lie and deny. Watch out for the upcharge. Very unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Long story short they gave me someone else's CAD file when I sent them my own custom pic. They sent me 2 designs as far as details on how I wanted my pendant. Instead of saying my bad I misheard or misinterpreted what you were trying to convey, he says " you liked the details on that one so that's what I made". Make it make sense, I sent you MY PIC multiple times. Let's back it up a bit. I called once a week trying to get it done so that it can arrive with my chain. I even left my phone number one day after unsuccessfully trying 3 times in 1 day. "He left for the day, he'll be back monday". I called monday from my job and cell phone and as i'm calling he's emailing me saying "we're busy we can't answer the phone" but you see me calling to address the situation and you have time to email and service customers instore. Make it make sense.I paid $15K in total. Here comes the upcharge "oh 31g only fills the back you are going to need at least 60g to fill it out". I would've paid an additional $2800 for that. I say that to say this. Respect, Honor and Integrity goes a long way. Yes I canceled my orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

The Manager at the Galleria mall store was so helpful, professional and had a lot of patience specially to me and my wife on Christmas sales. I would like to give her a kudos for her dedication to her job as the manager of that store. Thank you Daniel's jewelry store for Hiring her as one of your best employees. I please Recognize her as one of your best employees. The date is not approximate because of my Disability, my short term memory is gone.

HORRENDOUS!
My husband passed, and I took my engagement ring in to be resized.
Instead, they charged me $120 on a $200 ring to clean it, but did not resize it as agreed on.
They didn't write the instructions correct because there was "a lot going on when we took the order" the manager stated.

They had me pay before I could see the ring to catch the mistake. She was incredibly rude, and there was no attempt to make it right. This whole thing is a mess.
Save yourself the trouble and heartbreak and go to another jewelers.

The customer service was exceptional! I have bought several necklaces 925 sterling silver. I took my necklace to a known jeweler and he to was amazed by the quality. Only problem was size was a bit off .and when I reached out to Dan he quickly resolved my issues. Highly recommended and will purchase more in future. Thanks Dan jewelry great experience!
